Just 15 minutes from Brussels in Holla, you can cycle the Lamb Gershoot. We quickly leave the city behind and head into Piota and the Zenv Valley. Our first stop is Brewery Bone where we learn all about Lambique and Gener, one of the last surviving ancestral beers in the world. Next, we cycle through the magical halibus which in spring is covered with a purple carpet of wild blue bells. We continue our journey with a visit to brewery outbur and finish at Tri Fontana with a refreshing g to end the ride. A relaxed hiking trip full of nature, heritage, and beer culture just outside Brussels.
