Same experience with my GoPro, top of the helmet looks a drone cam or something, and chest mount is great until you hit something hard and it flops around (although your chest cam looks alright, is it super tightened?)
I settled on using zipties to attach a mount to my full face mouth vent, been really liking the solid stability combined with a decently low point of view of chin mount
