New wheel & tire day! Possibly the final form of this Topstone Carbon.

Just set up Zipp 303 XPLR SWs & G-One RX Pros on the Cannondale Topstone Carbon 2L (2022/2023 version).

Would have been happy with the S version of the wheels as well, but found the SW as a customer return for a reasonable deal. Ran Bontrager Aeolus Pro 3V before these, will use those as the second set now for more road-focused tires.

Upgrades still otw: Finally removing the SmartSense system. It has been okay, one battery running front and rear lights but I still think separate front/rear as their own units is a better solution. Cannondale makes a ”strap plate” to replace the battery hold on the towntube that can be useful.

Have had the bike for a bit over 3 years now, still like it a lot.

Thinking about upgrading next year to something with more clearance and likely integrated cabling – hopefully even more bikes with 2,1-2,2” clearance drop before then.

Will put this setup to the test on Sunday at a 105km gravel event here in Finland. 🤟🏼 Although goal is just to survive with some running-related stress on one foot. 😅
