three tips for running a marathon number one is to start slow first three miles where you’ll get dragged along you could do all your worst work in the first three months but pace yourself that brings me on to my second one have a strategy before you go out there know what you’re running know what you’re doing it’s important to get the halfway check over yourself and go you know what I actually feel all right here because at 20 mi you probably won’t and the third thing is fuel it correctly use these guys products yeah if you don’t fuel correctly if you don’t take electrolytes on you’re going to really struggle a mile 20 to 22 that’s where it’s all going to come on done so make sure you get your strategy right not just your pacing but your fueling and that will make a huge difference on race day
