What is this?

Any help figuring out what bike this is would be great! I know it's a Schwinn frame. Well, im pretty sure. It's a 24", has the Schwinn logo on the rear dropouts and has the "epicenter" logo near the break mounts. I can only find reference to epicenter being used on "home grown" Schwinn suspension mountain bikes. Don't see anything about 24" cruisers with epicenter rear ends. Any help would be appreciated.
