I disagree with most of the comments here, that’ll be a beautiful ride and a lovely possession to own.
If your goal is to race or upgrade it to get really fast on the flat, it’s deffo not the bike for you, but if you want something pretty that’ll feel amazing and will be really easy to maintain, I think this is a fair price and a solid choice.
edit: just saw the groupset had a slight change of heart. I stand by that it’ll ride really nicely but that the age of those parts might take some value off it and I might consider looking for something similar but with a newer group.

Everyone on here thinks every bike that is not carbon, no disc brakes & no electronic shifters is only worth $200. Looks like a nice bike to me.

If you are concerned about cost, than it’s not a good deal per se. Do you like to ride it and look at it, does it fit you? Then sure, it’s cheaper than a comparable disc brake bike. If you want to sell it, can you get a similar price for it? Probably not.

It will depend on what you want it fir and where you will ride it.
I own 2 Bianchi bikes, a 1980’s Coupe D’Italia, with 105, and a 2000ish M Alloy Pro with Veloce group set.
I am a heavy rider and have put more than 20k on eack bike.
All have original parts, except for tires, tubes, brake pads, chain, and cables.
They are a very easy bike to maintain, and ride.
Not a fan of disc brakes and carbon wheels, which is making my decision to buy an Infinto hard to do.

Every level bianchi and min 12yo. I’d guess 400 is a good call. And don’t buy Bianchi when it’s not Celeste
