I love these tires but I only have a couple of mms of space from the tube. Frame is carbon but quite cheap and so I don't care about small marks at the moment. Should I keep riding or go back to thinner tires?
Looks fine to me. Its often the front derailer cable pull that will foul a tyre first.

Clearance for the chainstays will be more critical than the seattube

Should be fine. I have sbout 4mm clearance with seat tube and no marks.

People will warn you about wheel flex and the tires grinding down the carbon frame.
This will inevitably happen at some point, it is best to put frame protector tape where the tires tend to touch the frame so you see when it happens and so that you can replace the frame protector.
It’s also best practice in general, even a muddy ride can do the same.
On another note if you ever get a nail stuck in your tire it could also lead to unpredictable damage due to the low clearance.

Is it advisable to ride low clearances? No
Does it work? Yes
What is that 25-622 on 13C rims?
a little piece of tape would be a good idea
