I road my new bike for about 30km after that it's started making this noise, i already put the crank out and take a look, but i dont see any problems. I greased it again and nothing changed. The crank fits perfectly and doesn't make noise without the screw. But after tightening it's starts making this noise. If i only tighten it without force, its makes no noise but the screw unscrewed itself after 2-3km.
Why does my crank sound like that?

what bike and year? Hard to know how crank is supposed to be installed.
Most likely the crank was torqued too tight during build and ruined bearing. Do you have preload spacers of any kind?
