Its possible. But I won‘t do it. It costs a dhitload of money and you won‘t achive a fully internal build due to the breaking hoses.
105 mechanical is really fine. Invest in setting it up correctly from time to time and change the cables once a year. Far more reliable than electric in my opinion.
It should be possible but you might find that it’ll end up costing a less to sell it and buy a bike that already has di2. Especially if you don’t know how to do the installation yourself and need a mechanic to do it.
Ultegra di2 will happily be installed on this frame.
Shifters are wireless with the exception of brake hoses.
The frame may also have a mount on the downtube for the battery, or it can go in the seatpost.
If you can afford it and this is your A+ bike, DI2 will be a huge upgrade on mech 105. The shifting never needs adjusting, it’s crisp, and the shifter ergonomics are wayyyy better than the hydro mech shifters.

Rather go sram rival and keep the Shimano cassette, chain set, chain. It’s the cheapest conversion to wireless shifting and you don’t have to run any cables.
Why not just go to the 105 di2? If I am not mistaken you should just need the deraillers and shifters.
I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to fit it. the cables for the hydraulics are the same. Only thing just check by the back of your frame if you have a little hole for the back di2 wire for your rear mech. I don’t think it would be a problem at all and if I was you look around for last gen ultegra di2 some people sell them pretty cheap now everyone is moving to 12 speed.
Absolutely possible, parts needed would be Rear and front derailleurs, Shifters, battery, 2 cables and charger. Won’t be a cheap upgrade but if you want the zip zip shift 105 is a great choice and 100% compatible with your existing setup
