I'm currently looking to get into cycling decently seriously and would rather buy a better bike now and not upgrade for a while than have to upgrade sooner. Found this bike on marketplace for $1300 but said they would go a bit lower and not too sure on how "good" of a deal it is, appreciate any advice and below is the seller's description
"Selling my 2022 trek emonda ALR 5, size 54 cm. This lightweight aluminum road bike is pretty much in band new condition. I bought it for commuting and potentially getting into road biking. Turns out I just like mountain biking more.

Not a good deal per se from a pure cost stand point. Do you like the bike? Does it fit you? Do you have to make and changes to it?
If you like it, it fits, and doesn’t need work than it’s a good bike. I love my emonda.
