Sorry for the bad lighting, my grandpa took the pics and due to his old age I didn’t want him to carry it up the stairs.
So about the bike: It is a Pivo Roadbike. he said bought it around 1975(from the story I was told it must have been 1974-1976).
I want to use it as a touring bike(and to some degree also bad weather bike because of that) because it is steel and has the little bolt holes for a rear rack(I think, see pic of RD).
is it possible to get it somewhat modern with around 100-150€(excluding tires)? Meaning non tubular tyres, maybe even more gears in the back?
What am I willing to do myself:
If there is the need for that wide the rear triangle, respoke the wheel(if I get a new rim but keep the (rear)hubs), though the cost to rent/buy tools would be subtracted.

ps The pill bottle under the saddle is for storage and not to actually support the saddle
Edit: All cables still work(so far) and from what he said it probably wasn’t used much in this millenium
