Morning. Me again. 5th of July. Early start, 8:00 a.m. Uh we’ve got over 100 kilometers to get to San Marlo. Massive climbing in the beginning, then nice cruisy along the beach, sea level for about 70k. So, uh get a good start in. So, we’re in V. Here we are again with our symbol. And uh this is the start of the route. Uh so this is linking route at the end of stage six going to stage seven. See you later. Right, let’s go through the middle. Yeah. On with our route. Look. Here we go. It is this way. That’s all I know. Doesn’t look like much, does it? 150 m up. 8 and a half% gradient. Holy moly. Woo. 15 kilometers straight. Just beautiful gravel bypass. Unbelievable. Beautiful. Okay, we’re at Mons Michelle. See that bridge? The bridge separates Normandy on this side and Britany. We are going to Britany. Hello Britany. Hey. Woo. Following the coast. Look at it out there. Beautiful. Nearly made it to the camping near Samo. That’s a long day. Anyway, just enjoying the sea. We made it to the sea. Right, we’ve made it to sort of San Marlo. Uh lovely day for it. Um we are at least um made it across from V uh 10 and something kilometers. Um took about 9 hours of cycling uh with a break. So call it eight and something eight and change. Um it’s like five like eight spinning classes back to back. Unbelievable. Um yeah, long old day uh uphill and downhill and then um gravel riding most of the way on gravel. Um past Monselle. Absolutely fantastic. What impressive thing that is. Um we’re at the campsite and yay, by the sea in the rain. is typical July in France and this is happening. Hey ho. Um I’m going to get some rest.
