Took an evening plus a few hrs to install. Modified the stock shifter with their kit as well. Shifting is feather-touch and will take some getting used to, but overall very happy with it. 424% gear range now.

Also kudos to having actual instructions plus video walkthroughs, and being relatively affordable compared to all the other aftermarket stuff.
FYI it does require replacing the freehub, tuning the cup/cone bearings on both sides, and dishing the wheel significantly.
