Hey folks,
after a few months of testing and a bunch of prototypes, and selling 30+ final product I finally decided to publish the STL files for my modular handlebar cradle system.
Designed for 31.8mm handlebars, it includes reinforced mounts, a universal rack with 64mm bottle cage spacing, and a 25mm bar for lights, GPS, bell or phone mount.
I've printed it in PETG (also tested ASA), with double perimeters and solid infill at critical joints – it’s holding up great so far, even with heavy loads.
