[Music] 68 to chain ring for Primos Rogich gets going into the Aerotype very very quickly. Remco a pole world Olympic champion. He needs now to bring back some time. Off he goes. Goes out of the st like an absolute rocket. Yeah, he’s a man on a mission today. Third overall. 8 seconds down. Big moment now. Vengerard gets going and sprints away. Well, he’s not going to hold anything back. He’s going to go all out. All in. Goes over to the left hand side. Oh, really free wheels. Lets the bike glide through that corner. Goes straight to the left hand side. Start of Tad Paga. He goes immediately. Not quite like the bullet that Remco Apollo was, but not far off. Look how many people are here in this area of this time trial. It is mobbed. Heading up towards Ton. The sun glinting off the gold of the Olympic champion. Only 7 minutes into this individual time trial so far. Last. He does look quick, doesn’t he? He’s faster than Remco at this point. Matthew Vanderpool. What can he do? He’s only 20 23 seconds behind the time of Vulcan. The arrival now of Ragglitch. 38 minutes and 1 second for Rogich. Look at Remco Nepal sprinting as though it’s the end of this race and he’s not at the finish yet. Every single little bit of energy he can find. The world and Olympic champion works his way around this turn. Now he starts to close in on the finish. This is going to be some time by Remco a Nepal. This rider has ridden the end of this time trial as though it’s the end of the tour to France and no energy matters. Remco a Nepal now closing in on the finish line. He has completely emptied the tank. He went out of the start gate as though he was out of a gun. Remco a Nepal now closing in on the finish line. He’s going to stop the clock. Smashes the time of Afeni by 33 seconds. 54 km an hour. You could just feel the the pain on his face when he went through that last corner. giving it everything. What a performance by Remco Napole this afternoon. That is a time trial. Sparkling performance. The rider who is losing time is Yonas Wengerard. The surprise this afternoon. There’s always something that happens in an individual time trial in the tour. Vulcan is the surprise as far as times are concerned. He’s caught the rider in front of him by two minutes. But look at the difference in styles and difference in power from those two riders. Look at the speed of Kevin Vlan, the best young rider, goes smashing his way past Enrich Mass and just rides away from him. This is a moment where Paga is putting into everyone’s minds. There is no doubt. I started as a race favorite. Now with this time trial, I am head and shoulders above you all as far as being the favorite is concerned. 2 km to go for Ben Wangard. 2 km and he’s nearly at 36 minutes. Remco made it to the finish in 3642. The race of truth always asks big questions of anyone who dreams of winning the tour to France. Normally Wengerard has all the answers, but this afternoon the race of truth has asked a massive question. Wenger is going to lose big time. Here comes Pagacha now. Final corner. He comes round the turn. I think it’s safe to say now that Remco Apollo wins this time trial. But Tad Pagatcha has put paid a massive dent in the hopes of Yonas Wengerard to win this tour to France because Paga is on fire in this time trial. 16 seconds is all he loses to Remco a Nepal. Second fastest time. That’s a great performance there by the former tour of France winner.

  1. I don't get you people. The tour was over before it even started! Pogacar is beating everyone without a sweat. If it would have not happened this TT, it would have happened in the first serious mountain stage (Jonas to lose time and be considered done for). So as much as I am disappointed that there will be no contest, this was to be expected. I said it after Dauphine, Pogacar wins everything he wants, no problem. Stop dreaming, enjoy what it is to enjoy.

  2. Just like TDF is over, to make 42 seconds on Pogi is going to be difficult. Pogi just gon sit back let those guys chase each other and follow.

  3. Grannon 2.0 coming, 2023 was the same situation at the last week. If Jonas hangs on in the second week, he'll go to more.❤

  4. I’m Vingegaard fan but tour is done. If you lost a minute to Pogi in flat, almost impossible to recover. He’s even not finished the top in his own team today

  5. Hard to not feel the Tour is over. Realistically we knew that already at the Dauphine. But maybe there will be a exciting battle for second at least
