I bought some 2.2 contis and this happened in the first 200 km of riding it. I was running tire pressure that the silca calculator recommended, around 18 psi.

I wouldn’t ride it anymore. You’ve lost a decent chunk of the actual structure of the tire, leaving the casing a bit too vulnerable for me. You might have a warranty claim though, the tire looks pretty new otherwise.
