Replacing a bottom bracket for the first time and discovered a ton of packed sand inside the frame. I’ve already spent over an hour trying to remove it with my fingers and a shop vac. There’s still a bit left in hard to reach spots. Any tips on how to thoroughly clean out the rest or should I just leave it?

Leave it, or take it outside the shop and hit it with compressed air if you have it(wear ppe)
