I can’t say whether it will fit you, but I’m slightly taller than you (5’-7”, 170cm) and I ride 51-53cm (or size small) road bikes. For years I’ve been in 54-55cm bikes and always struggled with fit issues, shoulder and neck pain. I would put on really short stems (60cm) and my saddle height would look too low for the frame.
Since going down a size, I’m so much happier. I ride a 51cm Cervelo road bike, a size small Cotic gravel bike, and a size XS Canyon cyclocross bike. (Canyon bikes almost universally run size larger than other brands.) stem length is in a normal range now (80-90mm) and saddle height looks correct for the frame.
As for the price, I wouldn’t pay much. It’s a pretty low end bike, and this one is not in very good condition. You’re going to pay someone to tune it up, replace brake hood covers and bar tape. I can’t tell what condition the drivetrain is in, but given the condition of the stuff I can see, I imagine it’s less than perfect.
