It’s a 2009 or 2010 model. $250 is what I’d start at.
Your height puts you at the top of the range for a small, bottom of the range for a medium. The small would likely be a better fit. Easier to make a slighty too small bike fit well, vs a slighty too big.
But either size should be able to be adjusted to work with your body. Just don’t get an extra small.
