I got this frame for free and don’t know much about it. All I can read on it is Benotto and “1122” stamped on the bb housing. There aren’t any components on it except one side of a campagnolo bb. Also I asume the blue paint isn’t original cause it’s applied very poorly.
While cleaning it I did notice a crack on the bottom front lug, so I wanna know if it’s a frame worth repairing. I appreciate all the help I can get.

I would say that the frame is not worth repairing. It can be repaired but the skill set is generally not available in the USA. You would want that lug removed and another lug brazed on. There may also be other hidden crash damage, so IMO it would not be a wise investment.
You can have it repaired, but if you have never heard of a Benotto, you won’t want to spend the many hundreds of dollars to bring it back. It’s like a broken Lamborghini. Don’t start the project without a plan and budget. It’s not simply hanging some parts on it.
