I picked this frame up years ago (in UK) for ~£20 with all paint rusted off and no components (the braze-ons have been removed). Under the bottom bracket shell it only says '#71'. Can an expert help me identify the manufacturer? I would like to paint it and add appropriate decals and run it as a fixed gear!
