Cycling down the remains of the old Severn Valley Railway line as it enters its final stretch into Shrewsbury from Weeping Cross. The old line is now mainly a really lovely and atmospheric Foot / Cycle Path and the trackbed is nearly complete and straight apart from a few small detours for roads and houses!
In fact the whole old trackbed down into Buildwas from Shrewsbury is nearly all there, missing the odd bridge, and would be an amazing cycle route if the odd million or so could be found to put it to that use, sadly very unlikely!
