That is a lot for a bike that needs a tuneup and parts. The price is around what it would be worth with all the repairs it needs. At minimum it needs a chain. Though with that sort of neglect looking at the bearings is a good idea. You are looking at the better part of $200-350 to get the bike back in ridable condition. I would not pay a dime for condition problems they caused. Which puts the value of the bike around $200-300
