I live in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I want to Charlotte cycles here. I bought c line Brompton back in March. I’ve been using it as my commuting /errand bike. I don’t understand why the barrel adjuster on the rear gear changer seems to require constant tweaking.
The only thing I can think of is that whomever installed the rear gear changer cable perhaps miss measured, and the appropriate length cable is just a little bit too short.
It is starting to drive up a tree 🌳.

Do you mean the tube-like screw to adjust the hub gears? It has a counter screw that loosens sometimes. Else put a better description/more pictures of your problem, please.
