Hey! Just picked up this frame and couldn't be more excited.
This is a 1989 Kuwahara Savage, size 18" seat tube (ST) and 22" top tube (TT). Planning to build it up from scratch, it's my first-ever full 80s bike build, so I'm going full nerd on every component 😅
Goal is a retro-modern setup: mostly vintage parts with some functional upgrades for mixed road + light gravel riding. If you have tips, must-have parts, or ideas that would do this frame justice, I’m all ears!
