after 4 months of scouring the Internet I can now pridefully present a built I'm doing for a friend: batavus professional steel frame with Colombus tubing (frame+fork 2.64kg). Except the frame every other part is noname and/or second hand, it was a budget built after all.
total cost: 205€
gear ratio 52/16, toal current weight ~9kg
we planned to make it a true flipflop with a 2by5 gearing on the freewheel side. But for that we have to wait for the next paychecks to arrive and skim the Internet a little more for parts.
