Found this older department store brand kind of bike and rode it for a while and after some time I experienced, and wondered why or how I had, a wobbling crank. The crank arms were fastened ok but I got hold of a crank puller and discovered this.
This is the only major work that needed doing on this bike all other work was, after some riding, rear brake pads 1 rear brake cable and tires

If you haven’t lost any of the ball bearings you could just grease them up and throw them back in and be good to go again.
