I asked a master manual dude about this like 20 years ago. “How’d you get so good at em”?
He told he would increase his speed every run and always do them up and down a hill.

Dedicating like 2 hours a day manualling down to achieve holding it longer and back up to learn control and manipulation.

I never got a good balanced even manual over like 70ish feet at my absolute best.

But I’ve seen people that can or could manual at Mach 10 around an entire park hitting each ramp and hitting every ledge or low box what ev.

I’ve always wanted to be able do this. I suppose I should have used the hill method.

Also what I’ve come to notice is guys that are awesome at manuals all have a history of racing before getting into freestyle.

    Just my take on it.

Late edit: you are turning towards your back foot, try to put more weight on your right foot.

Starting off, you have good posture. Now squat more, get low, down down down, right before the tire zzzzts your taint. Next loop out more, you get comfortable looping out and with practice you will find yourself saving it. Ass down, knees bent, arms straight, don’t look at the bike. Now the easiest part, do it 10,000 more times.

I like to turn my bars when I do It, the proper way Imo Is to lean with your upper body to keep you straight!!

What helped me alot is pushing my knees out a bit with a wider stance. Having my knees out helped with side to side balance
