It's probably geared too high for touring right now, but I'll train with the 13-23 all summer then be strong for the GAP trail DC to Pittsburgh in September. Hopefully. I took a break from cycling in between selling my last all rounder/daily commuter, and finishing building this beauty. I really like it a lot but I wish I put the hoods higher up. Other than that no complaints for real. It transfers power beautifully, responsive, light, fast but I can also do dumb mountain bike kid shit on it. If you have any wisdom for a first time tourer feel free to pass it on. Pics taken at my local leather bar in the alley, and by the free fridge at my LBS. I'm going to put racks on it soon, just have to get mounting bolts for a rear rack, and get a front rack and maybe a randonneur bag. I'm very excited about going far on my bike and I can't wait to learn all about it
