Was riding with the wife and she had a braking issue and ran into my rear derailleur. On the bike the little tab that prevents the rotation of the derailleur sheared. The derailleur is a Deore and the pin that rests against the b-stop is very short. Is there an alternative derailleur that has a longer pin?

Looks like steel frame so I’d have it built up with TIG weld, and then shaped back to stock spec.
