Ghost Kato full-squish I bought for my friend as an intro to MTB. Got it from a closing REI Adventure program for $150. It needs a full tune up but seems to be in good condition other than some sun fading on the brake lines.

Seems about right.
The value of that bike will depend on how you intend to ride it and what’s actually in need of work, but for $150, you probably stole it. You can barely buy 2 tubeless tires for that much.
Dude, you can’t buy the front forks off of Ebay for that

vruh has to be stolen or something bc there is NO way you can even get the fork + rear shock in that condition for that much
not saying that u did steal it, but it couldve been stolen prior…
