The chain is slightly rubbing against front derailleur. Will adjusting it solve it or is the problem elsewhere? I’m new to cycling and don’t really have experience with these sort of things:)
Is this kind of chain wobble normal?

try and find out
I’d say it’s not uncommon, the chainrings are bent, the chain just follows the line. I probably wouldn’t race on it but if you’re just tipping about on the bike it’ll probably be fine. You could adjust the derailleur to avoid the rubbing but you need to be careful not to adjust it some much that it can overshoot the outside ring and throw off the chain entirely.
Sometimes you need to true chainrings, primarily mid to low end aluminum or steel ones. Unior makes a tool for it, and adjustable wrench works great. I have had companies tell me that this is what I need to do. Looking at you FSA
The chain “wobbling” is normal. Since you’re not really pedaling against any resistance the chain is slightly relaxing and tightening as you’re pedaling it on the stand. The noise actually sounds pretty normal. I don’t hear any significant rub. But a little fine tuning of the front derailleur could fix whatever is bothering you. Check out Park Tools video on front derailleur adjustment on YouTube. Nothing in this video is concerning or “non-functioning” though. A little front derailleur rub is normal, especially in opposite front and back gears, so the parts are designed to handle a little rubbing.
Are you by any chance running an 8 speed chain on an 11 speed crankset, or something like that? If so, that could be a part of your problem.
Most likely good enough for who it’s for
Looks like it’s functioning perfectly.
