You literally threw me down the stairs. Lester.
Yeah. Well, Lester Sher police. Yeah.
I know. What are you doing here? Hey, he’s in a fear.
It’s only Derby, mate. It’s not like we’re in Abodine or something.
What’s the reason for you being here anyway?
Hotels.
In what context?
They’ve denied all the They’ve denied the offense. Hotel’s actually open, my friend. This hotel. Is it open? It’s open.
Oh, it’s open. Yeah. Oh, the hotel is open. You The hotel is open.
No,
no, they’re not. I’m not sure what’s going on here. Yeah, we’re doing a little uh Derby today. Derby Town Center. Is it a town? I think it’s a town. Derby Derby City. Derby Town. I’m not sure. And here we go. We’re going straight in. Oh, hello.
Hello.
Yeah.
Who is this? Open the door.
Uh, who is this?
Who? Yeah.
Done.
Yeah. Uh, what you doing? Sorry.
Uh, interview.
Interview. For what? Sorry.
For me. For me.
Okay.
Can you open the door? Sorry. Not talk about the public. I’m really sorry for that.
What do you mean the public?
Yeah, the public’s can’t come inside. I’m sorry.
Why?
Um, it’s right. Uh, what about if I go around the car park? Is that okay?
Yeah. Yeah, you can. All right, mate. I’ll be back in a minute. Yeah, it’s quite awkward with the bike. We have to keep the bike on us today. We’re going to other locations around here. Not many bikes, eh? What is that? What is that, man? It looks a bit suspicious that but it could be a car radio. Still a little bit suspicious to be honest. Looks like they make a fire here. Security guard running around in there. Mess. Some nice cars in the car park there, but it may well be rented out to other people. Look at that. They’re all boarded up. All shielded off from the public. And these rubbish bins. Look at them all. Loads of them at the front. And the mess. Look at the mess. It’s messy. Oh dear, someone’s details here at NHS registration. My friend look at that. It’s a NHS registration for somebody staying at the hotel. Do you want It’s got a details on. Yeah. Someone’s details. I don’t know. Somebody might put it. Yeah.
Yeah. But look, it’s it’s got their personal details on. Yeah. But
you should take it.
Somebody might. Yeah.
Otherwise, look, the details are there. Look. Uh Salad Hussein. He lives here. So,
yeah, it’s outside. It’s not necessarily
What do you mean? You’re looking after the hotel. It’s rubbish. But it’s also got data on it, so you should take it. I’m going to put I’m going to leave it there. There you go. Thank you. Look at this, man. Free goods in there. Look. We have another hotel over there. Not sure, [Music] mate.
Hello. You all right?
Yeah. What What are you up to?
What am I up to? Yeah. Yeah. Just intrigued to see you got your camera out. What’s in there? Sorry.
What’s in there?
No idea why. Load of parked cars.
Oh, is he a police officer? Are you police?
Yes.
Oh, you are Oh, are you both police?
Yeah, we are.
Got here. Got you. Got you. Uh, I was actually suspicious about the hotel. Okay.
I was filming the hotel. Well, going to film it. Yeah.
And then I seen you.
Sorry.
And then I saw you.
Right. Okay. So, but filming it for what purpose did it? My masking. Well,
I was filming that hotel. It’s closed. That one, right?
I can’t go in there. No,
I see you got another hotel right here. I think it’s here. So, I’ll come over to investigate that as well.
Okay. What are you investigating?
Hotels.
In what context? Inside.
How do you mean?
Like a hotel inspector.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
What are you inspecting for?
No, I’m just filming the area today.
Okay.
Different businesses. Hotels. Uh, go to the city center in a minute.
Fair enough. But here’s quite it’s quite sort of run down around here. So
it is a little bit. It is a little bit. But
So how come the there’s a police station in there as well?
Got a police station in there.
There’s no there’s no police station.
What are you two doing in there then?
Well, we we can’t tell you that.
Can’t tell me. Yeah.
Come on, man.
We’re not We’re not living to tell you that. Nothing exciting. I’ll say that much.
So this car park, is it is it that or is it something else?
This car park?
Yeah. You know what? Genuinely, I’m not really sure cuz we’re not actually police from around here.
I think it’s linked to various buildings.
It’s Leicester.
Yeah, we’re Leicester police. Yeah.
Oh, no. You doing a fear?
Hey, you doing a fear? No, it’s only Derby, mate. It’s not like we’re in Abodine or something.
Different force area though. It’s unusual, right? We get about.
Do you?
We get about.
Are you Are you a D lad?
I’m definitely not a Derby lad.
I was going to say the sound.
Are you le you’re left as well? Where are you from then?
South.
South down. out of here. Yeah.
You’ve cycled all the way on that bike from down south, haven’t you?
Yeah.
Yeah. Some more people coming out.
Oh, there’s an entrance there. Ah, I wondered why. There were a few people coming out.
They’re coming out of there, not out of
there. Yeah. So, they’re going in there, but that hotel’s closed. Well, he said it was close to me.
Okay. Was he lying or do
you want to go in then? Well, not necessarily, but just looking in different businesses around the area. Um,
for what purpose?
So, what? Come on. What are you two doing here?
Generally, this we’re here on police business. Nothing particularly exciting, but obviously we don’t
we have a confidentiality thing whereby we don’t
I’m not asking who or what.
No, no, you’re not.
You could say we’ve we’ve got an arrest up here, which is our whatever. I don’t know if police do that or whether they just
We do arrest people. Yeah.
No. Whether somebody is in a different force and they need arresting, whether you come up and do it or whether they just arrest them in the area. I don’t know how it works.
Well, it’s everything’s depending on the situation itself. It
You dress quite smart, so you must be.
Yeah. Thanks.
Must be uh you are as well, mate. Just his shirt’s more more iron than yours.
Yeah, that’s And your hair’s done and his hair is not done. So
So I can go in there. You’re not in there, are you? You just we just got out to see what were going on. We saw you were filming so which you’re allowed to do but we just have a chat with you which
Yeah.
Well, you didn’t come for me surely.
Hey,
you didn’t come all the way up for me.
No, we’re not here. No, you you can go in there, mate. Yeah, this is public. Yeah,
I just saw quite a few people coming out and going over there and that’s where I was trying to
Okay.
speak to. So, I presumed here was maybe to do that.
They can do as they wish, can’t they?
Maybe not.
See another guy coming straight across
some reason. Is it like a cut through to the to the town or something there? Is it like a cut through?
Oh, you don’t know, dear, because you’re not from around here.
Yeah, I know.
All right. Well, I mean, I presume you two have got some important
business to do. I don’t want to like heed
what’s going on, but yeah. No, enjoy your day, mate.
Oh, cheers, guys. Thank you.
Take care.
Take care. Yeah. Yeah. Ah, there is a hotel here.
Yeah.
Or maybe the same hotel. I don’t know.
Tell you.
No,
the road in between the two. So, I don’t know.
I know you can’t say, but are you to here to do with the hotel?
Have you got some business at the hotel?
Well, like you said,
cuz if you have, I I’ll avoid the hotel, you know, if you need to
do something. Can I do what you would obviously?
Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
As long as it’s within reason, which
is long as it’s nor you behave yourself and it’s like it can’t all I presume I didn’t see you two, but I presume you seen me come out of that hotel, which is probably why you stopped me and said, “Oh, what you doing?”
Well, no, we saw you. We saw you filming
over there.
Yeah. And then you’ve got that, you know, you know.
Oh, that’s in case. Sorry.
That’s in case something happens, you know, as a backup.
Yeah, that’s fine. But
phone’s better quality. But um but it’s going to raise suspicions, isn’t it?
I don’t know. Well, you know, everyone just around filming hotels. You’re raising my suspicion.
No. Well, I would argue that, but most if you were to walk around Derby City Center.
Yeah. People would not be dressed like you are at the minute. Would they? You’d argue. I wouldn’t say that. I wouldn’t say. What do you mean?
They wouldn’t be. I don’t think they would be, would they? What? A t-shirt and shorts. What do you mean? The camera.
The camera.
T-shirt and shorts. Yeah.
Got you. Got you. Everyone’s got cameras these days. I’m surprised you two haven’t got them on. No, we haven’t got ours on.
No. Um, yeah. So, I presume you see me come out of there, which is why you’re hovering now. You don’t want to go in there and I’m going to follow you, but
I’m not here to follow you.
You can you can in there.
I’m not been to the area much. Me hotel is up to the staff of the hotel. We’re not
Is that the same hotel? Genuinely couldn’t.
You don’t know? Genuinely don’t know.
Right.
I know. I know the two hotels. I don’t know whether they’re linked or not. I couldn’t tell you. So if I if I be a bit more open with you now and I say that there’s been quite a lot of crime happening at these particular hotels. Not in Derby generally.
Generally.
Generally in Derby.
Generally at hotels that are closed
to the public.
Okay.
Hello my friend.
How are you?
You look familiar. Silly.
Have I met you before?
Yeah. Uh have I?
Apple Bay. Burton. I think so. Are you serious?
The last two years before.
I thought you looked familiar. Yeah. Two years before.
No way. Burton. But
no. Apple Bay. That was a long time ago. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Anyway, you okay? You are you still doing the same job, are you? Yeah, I’m still
Oh, nice. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. I just found these two officers acting a little bit suspicious, so I’m asking them a couple of questions. Um, yeah, quite a lot of crime in in these hotels, so I’m coming to have a a film of that.
Okay.
So, you can understand I see police and in my head, you’re maybe going to go in there. That provokes my curiosity a little bit.
Are you
That’s in terms of the crime. Yes.
Are you reporting stuff that you’re hearing about or is it stuff that’s already been reported?
Just stuff I’ve seen. Reported.
You’ve reported yourself?
No. Like things I’ve seen happen.
Okay. Stuff you’ve seen with your own eyes. Recently? No.
Okay.
Yeah. This gentleman’s actually met me before.
Yes. A couple of years ago.
Do you know you know the space?
Yeah. A couple of years ago, I I um I witnessed a few crimes happen at these hotels on me.
As in you witness Okay.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I came away from that.
Did you report that?
I did.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Not a lot happened.
Okay.
Which is concerning, but anyway. Anyway,
it’s an investigation that we’re not privy to. So,
yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Um I came away from that kind of thing.
Yeah. But today I’m just walking around. Is it a city derby or a town? City. Heard you mention city. What do you mean?
Is it a city or a town here? Derby is a city.
Right. So, I’m here to walk around the city today and just show sort of the change that’s happening in the country in terms of crimes going up. Shops are closing, being run down.
These hotels being filming inside that Well, that’s inside the window of that shop.
I thought that’s part of the hotel.
It’s not shop to me.
Yeah. But I came along and saw all the furniture in there. So, I thought maybe they’re storing furniture in there. These hotels being closed are part of I go around cities I come across them.
Okay.
So,
do you have like a channel on YouTube or something?
No channel?
No.
Instagram, social media.
Do you?
That’s wasn’t the question, was it? I’m not the one going around filming stuff, which is fine.
But you are walking around in a different force area being a bit cy about why you’re here. So, I’m thinking
you’re entitled to do. Of course you are.
Yeah.
But you’re asking me questions I can ask you. Right. Squish can squish anyway necessarily answer though in my role. So the hotels are part of city and towns these days. Part of the change happening.
Okay.
A lot of people reporting that a lot of crime is coming sometimes from the hotels for whatever reason. Um so with my walk around of cities I include them.
Where else do you go?
All over.
Okay.
All over the UK. Yeah. Literally. That’s it. So if you are here to do some police business, I’m quite interested in that. I know you can’t tell me anything, but would be interested whether or not I’m going to uh satisfy that interest.
I can film it though, right? I can I can uh Yeah. Yeah, you can film.
I can’t follow you inside a private building, but I can I can certainly
Oh, you can film. Yeah, absolutely.
That’s all it is, mate. Yeah. Met him ages ago.
Did you?
Long time ago.
No, somewhere else. I don’t know where he worked before, but
yeah. Anyway,
I’ll leave it to your business. But yeah, no worries. Thank you guys. Yeah.
Yeah. Thank you for your time. You’re not here to arrest anybody, are you? Oh, you can’t say.
You’ll keep trying, won’t you?
Yeah. Yeah, I will. Yeah. I know. Hello, guys. You all right? You okay? You all right?
Good. Thank you.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Guys, this hotel is closed. Is it? Sorry.
The hotel’s closed.
I don’t know. Oh, you don’t know?
Did you not see the Chucky walking by? Yeah, that one and this one. They’re both got security guards, so I’m thinking they’re closed off.
Yeah, I thought you may know, but don’t worry. Yeah, those girls down there
possibly. I’ll go and ask them. Yeah, thanks. Here for something to do with the hotels, I presume. Uh, it’s a big hotel. Don’t really want to lose sight of those two police officers there. Uh, plenty of bikes. All right, guys. Do you want to talk? Do you want to talk? No. We got Leicester police in in Darbisha. So it must be fairly serious for them to be up here doing that. They don’t just come up for anything like that. Derby Midland Hotel. Uh yeah, we’re going to keep an eye on those two officers over there because that’s where the uh I’d say that’s where the good stuff’s going to happen. They probably want to go in there and arrest somebody, but they don’t want to be filmed doing it cuz it will go out in the media like like anything, won’t it? Plenty of bikes. But look at this garden everyone’s got to uh share. H Got some British flags up there. Hello. Hi,
man.
How are you doing?
I’m good. What about you?
Do you want to talk?
Huh?
Do you want to talk?
Yeah, why not?
How is it inside?
Inside?
Is it nice?
It’s good. Yeah, it’s good.
It’s good.
How long have you been here?
It’s like one week I’m here and here.
What did the government give to you? Food, money, or how much?
There is no money. Only food.
They don’t give you money. tour and uh place to stay.
Okay. NHS, huh?
The healthcare or
a healthcare until now,
right?
Yeah.
One week.
One week. Yeah.
Short time. Yeah.
Yeah.
What are your uh Oh, they’re here.
Oh, yeah. They’re coming in.
They are.
Yeah. You have a nice positive.
Very nice. Yeah. You like?
Yeah. No worries, mate.
It’s very nice.
You’re having you’re having a good day. Yeah.
Yeah. It was raining now. Rain.
Yeah. Oh, you’ve been told. Take care, mate.
Yeah. Thank you. No worries. So, the police have uh police are going into the uh hotel there. They must be conducting some kind of uh arrest, maybe arrest warrant. And we’re certainly going to be watching this play out. Yeah, they’re shutting the curtains. The police were in there, but I don’t want to go up to the window and film because it’s uh Yeah. Any thoughts on the hotel? Rubbish. That’s one word, mate. Well done. Yeah. No access to the public. We got some more people coming in. Hello. How’s the hotel? Is it good? Yeah. Which country you guys from, mate? Oh, you don’t want to talk? No. All right. Doesn’t seem to have a care in the world, that one. So, we’ve got one hotel here in Derby, one hotel directly opposite there. Maybe the same contract, same, you know, owner or something. I don’t know. But both of them are doing it. Government contract, home office here in Derby. Here’s the car park. Uh, not a lot to see. It’s a very large hotel. Look at that. So, here’s the other entrance to the hotel. The front entrance, I believe, right outside uh Derby Railway Station. This one, the police are down there on the right hand side in the room, and that’s the back entrance. So, they’ve gone in the back way for a reason, trying to be hidden. Uh, and unlucky for the police. Wow. Not unlucky for the police. I’m lucky for whoever they’re dealing with. Backfired. What are you guys role here? Can you say?
Sorry.
What’s your guys’ role? Why?
No. With the hotel. Oh,
we’re just visiting.
You’re clearly not staying there. That’s why I asked.
Are you police officers as well? Can you say Mr. I think these guys are police officers as well. I thought that was the other officer’s car, but it’s obviously not. We are coming back out. Did you find what you were looking for? All
sorted.
Yeah.
Yes. It must be quite serious to come up from Leicester. Have a good day, mate.
Yeah.
Yeah. See you later.
Thank you. Pretty uh pretty suspicious. That was the lady coming out. Was she the one being arrested? She is in the back of the car. That one there. Is she the one under arrest? Did they bring her out in that manner so that I didn’t suspect she’s under arrest? I don’t know. Very, very strange that Very, very strange. Someone knows me. All right.
All right. Okay.
Looked like he knew me. This one?
Not that one.
Oh, you
I I know that’s you. Yeah.
Go on.
CJ Media.
Oh, well done, mate.
Thank you. Well,
any thoughts on the hotel here?
On the on the hotel.
Well, I’m doing a little city walk around.
Okay.
Covering also the hotels.
Yeah.
And there’s two. I don’t know if you’re aware, but there’s two here.
Absolutely no idea, mate. No,
that’s one. That’s the back of it there.
Yeah.
And opposite side of the road, there’s there’s two.
Got you.
I just saw Leicester police.
Ah.
In suits and boots going in. They’ve been busy around here this morning.
Is it?
Yeah. Few taxis have been pulled. We’re not sure why, but
up at the
just down there. Oh, down there. Right.
Yeah.
Few tax. I don’t know if it’s one of them companies that does the rogue inspections of them, but
maybe
clearly.
Maybe. I saw him staring. I thought someone knows me. Yeah, I’ve seen you.
You’re not local. Oh.
Um, yeah. Yeah, we’re well with Derby now. We were a chester based thing but we’re now so yeah I’m local. I’m not far away from you.
So if I go to the city now.
Yeah.
Is it changed much or is it still
I me I haven’t used time. I’m Nottingham based.
What’s Nottingham like?
Born in Nottingham.
Yeah. Busy be some decent videos around there. I imagine
busy with sort of uh problems really.
I’ve not been there much myself or here.
No. It’s only what I’ve seen of stuff like yourselves.
Oh, right.
Yeah. And then they
cuz Mr. Beach I think has done a few few Nottingham many has he?
I think so.
Right. Don’t quote me on that but yeah.
No worries.
Some of the stuff you see
crazy it gets busy mate. Yeah. Some of the stuff you see gets busy as well doesn’t it?
All right mate.
Thanks for chatting anyway and I’ll crack on. All the best. You too. Cheers. Take care.
Oh we got a taxi. Hello. my friend. Is this a taxi or is it just a normal car?
Uh, it’s a taxi.
Okay, cool. Where are you taking them? Can you say I don’t mean like a location, but like are they moving or are they took a day out? Hello.
Where are you going? This guy here is not happy with me. Are you employed by the hotel, mate, or are you? Can’t say. Yeah. You want to though? No worries. No worries. They’re going somewhere. All of them are going somewhere. I can hear screaming. It must be a school next door. Is there a school or a nursery? Uh, let’s have a look. Do you get much trouble in there, mate? Do you get much trouble in there?
I don’t go in there. Why? I’m just filming the hotels and seeing what’s going on and some police security. Well, I don’t I have no to do. I’m not interested.
Oh, no. I know you’re not, you know. No,
but you must see a bit cuz you’re you’re all the, you know, doing your job, right?
Yeah, but I do. I’m up there. I don’t deliver down it around here.
All right.
Just walking to me car. No,
no, not bothered.
No worries, mate. All right.
Well, welcome to Derby. That looks like a pretty cool building to fly my drone around. We’ll maybe be doing that shortly. Always check. I put those on.
No, with chicken that buy that nearly out of date. Yeah. There we got one there working
from the hotel possibly that one I presume. What are you guys doing? Rubbish. Is it rubbish? No, no, no. That’s a good answer, mate. I’ll leave you alone for that. Big issue. Big issues indeed in cities at the moment. Shops closing to say the least. Not been to Derby much. In fact, I’m not sure when the last time I came through the center was Hello, my friend.
Oh, sorry, sorry, sorry. [Music] Oh, we got some people on the bench up there.
No, just turn around. I’ll meet you on that corner.
Tlet up there. Look, [Music] some kind of busking. Is it going on? I can hear down here. Oh, we got a man in a suit and he’s got a badge on this one. Wonder where he’s from. Oh, just eat. [Music] Oh, here they all are. [Music] It’s about time the British military took over.
My friend, I just heard you saying something. I’m about to go and speak to these guys on the bikes.
What’s the point? They don’t speak English.
Do you do you know where they’re staying? Are they Are they working illegally or did you know?
They don’t speak English. What’s your opinion?
I heard you saying something about military.
It’s about time. It’s about time the immigration officers had a walk down here.
Down here? Yeah.
Take care, mate. fade.com. Walk in. Booking. [Music] Doesn’t look to be too busy in there, though. [Music] The bank is very busy. Very, very busy. Hi guys. What’s going on here? You all right?
Yeah. Yeah. Are you a bike as well? Oh, your bike. Where? Where you stay? House, hotel. You think I’m stay? Where you stay?
I stay in a apartment. Stay in town.
You stay? No. What I was asking if you live in the hotel or whether you live it, you know? Uh, permanently.
Living permanently.
That’s all I’m asking, mate. There’s uh reports going around that people working for Just Eat living in hotels. That’s why. Not this city.
Not this city. No.
I’ve not been here before. So, I’m just walking around today. [Music] All these workers. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. That’s good to hear. But some some places they’re not. London for one. Yeah. But this is no London, you know. Yeah. I’m checking everywhere. So, is it busy or
It’s quiet.
Quiet. [Music] Do you have YouTube channel or what? Yeah, I got a YouTube channel. Yeah. What is your channel name? I’m going to have a walk around.
If you’re still here when I leave, I’ll come and give it to you.
You have a good day. [Music] What are you guys doing? Well, lady and guy. Um,
drug alcohol. Oh,
okay. So, what you just in the city doing that? Yeah, we have our our home.
Oh, right. Yeah. Is it Is it um a big problem here? Oh,
well, across England really.
That’s true. That’s true.
We try. Where you are?
I just documenting city life.
Oh, that’s in public protection. Or is it something down there? Officer. Uh, I just seen him walk that way. I’m not sure. I’ll go and find him. Public protection officer. Is that what they’re called?
Probably. Center security. Something like that. Yeah. Yeah. I’ll go and have a have a word with them as well. No problem.
But, uh, yeah. Thank you.
Oh, we found them. Public protection. What’s the public protection for, mate? Is there a
Is there a danger?
We just in a job.
Oh, okay.
Excuse me.
Yeah. Ah, homeless guy there. Look, I thought they were here for actual public protection. They’re not. Wow. He doesn’t look to be sorry. Much uh danger to me. So, public protection. What what’s it for?
What’s the word say?
Yeah. Yeah. But I see you moving him on. That’s not public protection. So you do other stuff or
we have a PSVO which is allowed as well. We do homeless beggar and then luring. So he’s created a problem. They’re the three things are
no there’s more than that. But
the major one we have in the minute is people asking for the bigger.
All right.
Try to stop that. All right.
It’s created a problem.
Is it?
In what way? Drugs and stuff. Well,
violence.
If you want to carry on with your day, you don’t want to be someone asking every time. Yeah. What’s your name?
My name Dan. What’s your name?
One of the guy on the YouTube, one of the you Andy up. Not Andy from Nottingham. No.
Yeah.
No. YouTube.
I am on YouTube, but I’m not Andy.
Which one?
You tell me. Oh, that is a lot.
Yeah, DJ Media.
Oh, yeah. I got you. I got you.
I’ve not been here much, mate. Derby at all. In fact, I think second time maybe. So, what’s up?
Where about you usually do it
south? Well, everywhere,
but Derby Nottingham not really done a lot.
A little bit.
So, today is more of a walk around, see problems if any in city center. The hotels, police were there earlier, so I was there.
Yeah. Um, do you get a lot of problems from the hotels in the city?
Complaints. They go in the laundry room in it. We try to keep everything tidy as possible.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Friendly for everyone.
No groups of young men following girls around. That kind of thing.
Uh, we try not to. No.
Yeah. At the minute, we haven’t seen.
You haven’t seen it. That’s good. That’s good. It’s becoming more common, so I’m looking into that as well. So,
it was two days ago in Nottingham. Nottingham. Really?
Andy was putting it on on the YouTube.
Oh, really?
Yeah. Right. which is good for us.
If it’s um if nothing happens here, I may well go over to Nottingham today. I’m not sure. Not much. It’s bigger really.
What here? You never know. Anything can happen at any point, right?
Of course it can. You never know, can you?
Someone could get uh arrested here or anything can happen.
We’re not ignoring you. Just keep an eye on.
Yeah, that’s right.
It was Leicester police at the hotel, so they’ve came up from Leicester. So, it must have been uh somewhat serious, I’m thinking.
But anyway, I’ll leave you two alone. Good morning.
Good day. No worries. Oh, this guy’s found something. More of you.
Hello, mate.
I’ve actually just seen you two down there. Not you two, but
yeah, your colleagues. Yeah. How are you today? All right.
I’m good. Yeah.
Good.
Any problems? Not the minute. No.
No.
All right.
Do you get any problems from the hotels? The hotels? The ones that are closed, do you know ones?
No. We’re city center officers. It’s only up there.
Yeah, I know.
The two that are closed opposite each other. City centers define. Are you from Derby? No,
you’re not. So, you might not know. Um, city centers define normally by the inner ring road. That’s the city center map. So, now you know, don’t you? But those two hotels, for example,
it’s not in the city center. So, it’s not our patrol area. It’s too far for us to walk at.
Are you saying that people from Welcome to Derby to local police? You’ll see. report it to the business rangers or in green there’ll be over there be someone who who’s in charge of the Yeah. Oh, go have a look. I’ll go have a look. You
will see her.
Yeah,
you will see her.
I was sort of getting out that these hotels occasionally can cause more crime to happen in certain cities. They don’t have to be based in the in the city. They can be outside. But the people
all our concern generally is ASB as we see it. We’ve got no we’ve got no other information on that.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
You recording me?
It’s on all day.
It’s on all day.
All day. Okay. So, you are being recorded. Yeah. Yeah. Whatever’s interesting, I put it together. A little walk around city
or ride.
You want to go all over different cities or
pretty much.
Okay.
Pretty much. Yeah. But um
yeah.
Thank you. Thank you.
Well, let’s go and check out the council services here in Derby. See if Baldi is still working. [Music] Yeah. You’re talking to me, my friend. Directing to me. Oh,
she’s talking to you.
Do you want me to leave it there? No. No. No bags in the building at all. I can leave it.
You can’t leave it in the building at all. That’s the policy of the building.
Right. I’m not I’m I’m only going to be here. Yeah, I’m not going to like an appointment. I’m just going to walk around.
But you’re not allowed to bike in the building.
Are you going to watch it?
I can’t watch it for you. We just That’s the building policy. The building policy is
I’m not leaving it outside, my friend. I’ll leave it. I’m happy to leave it like by your door if you watch it.
I don’t think you’re listening to what I’m saying. The bike is not allowed in the building.
Yeah, that’s
You’re not listening to me. I’m here.
I’m here to look around.
I’ve got my bike on me.
Yeah, that’s fine.
I’m not locking it off cuz it’ll go missing. Well, you just has to be outside. You can’t be inside.
Yeah, it will go missing if I do that.
Yeah, but you can be outside with it. I’m just telling you it’s not allowed inside.
If I stay with the bike, I can’t go to I can’t walk in, can I?
But you can’t walk in. If you if you have your bike, that’s like going to somewhere going somewhere with a gun. You’re not allowed to be with a gun. So, you have to go outside.
That’s illegal. Yeah, I know. So, you’re not allowed to bike into the building because it’s against the policy of the building. Yeah. I’m just going to quick walk around, mate.
Not walk around with the bike. Walk around.
I can leave it there. No worries.
You’re not leaving it here. I’ll take it outside.
If you take it outside and it goes missing, then you’re liable. I’m not liable for it because it’s not if he takes it outside.
If you’re not following the rules of the building,
if he takes it outside,
but you need to you need to either come back another day
or or put your bike outside and lock it up. That’s it.
If I lock it up, it will go missing. So, I normally I’ll leave it with security or I’ll just walk in with it.
Security responsible. It’s your bike. You need to provide yourself with a lock to lock it outside. And
all all other councils um generally they’re fine.
Well, unfortunately, we don’t allow bikes. That’s it.
I’m going by past experience here.
Yeah, this experience unfortunately you need to take
Last time I came to Derby was quite a bad one. So, don’t ruin it this time. Yeah,
that’s fine.
It wasn’t you last time. Yeah, I’m going to leave the bike if you want me to walk around with it. No problem.
I’ll leave it here out the way. Has to be outside.
I can even fold it. It’s not outside.
You have to keep it outside.
We have a lock provided where you can lock it. You just have to come with your lock.
Yeah, that’s what we do. I get that. Yeah, that bike goes missing when it’s locked up. It’s cut cut off and taken
secured locked. So if you have your lock, we’ll show you where it’s secured. You can lock.
When you say secure
where if you have your lock at the back, we have where you can lock your bicycle. But the only way it will be secure is by the lock or are you saying it’s like an enclosed thing?
It’s not an enclosed thing. We have an open place where you can lock your bike.
Yeah. So when I lock this bike up in locate like against a railing or a bar, people will cut the lock and take the bike.
That’s your responsibility. That’s your responsibility. That’s not
which is why I’m bringing the bike in. Happy to fold it. Happy to put it out the way.
You’re not listening to what I’m saying. So, it’s either I take it outside right now or you take it outside.
If you lay hands on that bike, well, I just wouldn’t do that if I was you.
Why would you Why would I not do that? So, I can do I can do that cuz that’s my job. My job requires me to if if something’s coming inside the building that’s allowed inside the building, I’m giving you an opportunity to go take it outside.
I don’t know if you remember me.
I remember you. And
you you said you wanted these audits, you know, your video
two years ago. Yeah. Yeah. I remember you. I remember you. You said I remember you. I appreciate the job you doing and everything. Unfortunately,
were you the one that was aggressive or was it the other guy?
I wasn’t aggressive. I was very aggressive. In fact, me and you actually got on from that.
Was it the other person? Okay.
Um
the bold fell.
Yeah. Yeah. We We aren’t allowed.
Does he still work?
Uh we’ve had a whole rebound with the Have you?
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Right.
I saw him quite recently on YouTube.
Okay. Okay. So, we get YouTubers a lot. We get you.
No, I saw him though. I recognized him.
Okay. Okay. There we go. We get YouTubers a lot.
Moving forward.
Yeah.
I am going to have a quick look around. I’ll be about 10 minutes, maybe less.
Okay.
When I’m finished, I’m going to go outside.
Okay. Put the drone up.
Okay.
Do a little aerial shot.
Okay.
And I’m going to move on.
The bike. The bike.
Whatever you do with your drone.
I’m talking to your colleague. Just please let me talk to him.
I’m telling you the bike is not
I don’t care what you’re saying.
What do you mean you don’t care what I’m saying? You’re irrelevant right now. You’re irrelevant. You’re what you’re saying is irrelevant to me.
Okay. With the drone. Go back in.
You’re not taking it anywhere.
Okay. Listen listen. You know that we eating. You’re going to regret this, guys.
Yeah. Yeah. You throw me down the stairs, are you? You throwing me down the stairs?
Yeah. You literally threw me down the stairs. What are you doing? What are you doing? Is that how you deal with people with a bike?
You’re a clown.
I’m a clown.
You know you’re a clown.
Why is that? We are recording of you.
Yeah. You know when I’m in there and I’m stood there talking and you guys literally grab the bike and push me out with the bike. That’s assault. Yeah. Officers behind you.
Are you happy to take your crime?
I’m on the phone to 99. Yeah. What’s happening?
I’ve just gone in there with my bike. Sorry, the police are here. Sorry. I’ve gone in there with my bike.
Yeah.
To do walk around.
I’ve left the bike against the like that. Yeah.
And they said you can’t bring the bike in.
Okay.
Explain it’s foldable, expensive. I don’t want to leave it out here.
Yeah.
And this guy and one of the others have picked it up, pushed me out, and down those steps with it.
Just there. It’s all on camera.
Okay.
I didn’t be aggressive. I didn’t say I’m not moving. I just was explaining that if I leave that outside, it will go missing. Yeah, but we was obviously Did the bag go into the premises?
I walked in with it
and I stopped and I said, “Look, you can’t bring that in.
Please leave it outside.” And I said,
“That’s fair enough.
I don’t have a lock.”
We were talking about that for about
2 or 3 minutes.
You did say you weren’t going to take it outside and then when they went to grab the bike, you then stood in the way.
I was standing here.
I was standing here.
Gave you time.
I was standing literally like this. Can’t believe them.
You picked it up and you pushed me out with the bike. It’s unacceptable.
Restricted. Right. So, what I can make of this,
I’ll just show him the video.
That’s fine. That’s assault. Clear assault.
Cuz we go on officer. Go. Let me talk finish. Right. As we stand now, what I can interpret this is the B inside the premises. The B was requested to come outside the premises.
Yeah.
Whether it’s got a lock or not, I’m not It doesn’t bother me if I’m really honest.
Yeah. It’s not your issue.
No. Um,
it’s a policy issue.
It’s a policy issue. They were saying the policy doesn’t allow it. And I was saying,
yeah, it’s fine. I see. I was literally saying to them, I’m going to be 5 minutes and I’m going to go out.
I said, I’m happy to fold it. And as I said that, they picked it up and pushed me out.
Okay. Uh, if you’re not going to take it, it’s fine. I’ll ring 999 or 101 and I’ll report it. It’s fine.
Does it say going to take?
No, it just seem seem a bit biased because I’ve broken the policy. I’m trying to think the best way to resolve this. Right.
Yeah. Obviously, there’s certain laws about this like everything else. I was taking a bike in there. Obviously, it has to leave. No, that’s not the massive issue.
I wasn’t asked to leave.
Okay.
They didn’t say if you don’t leave now, we’re going to use reasonable force. They just picked it up and ran me out.
But you stood in the way of the door and the bike leaving.
No, I never. You did.
The bike was against you to leave. The gun never on camera, mate. I know what you’re doing. All
on camera. We have YouTubers coming. You all on camera.
I was being very I was being quite nice.
Me and you were talking calmly. Your colleague, the one that’s vanished.
I asked you to take the bike out.
He literally grabbed hold of me. My jumper.
Are you still recording now? Yes.
Right. Okay. So, what’s the reason for you being here anyway?
To go in there and film.
Where’s your drone? You said you’ve got a drone, too. But you’re going to fly over, didn’t you?
I’ve filmed the whole city today. I’m doing a documentary on the whole city. Council, the hotels, which are by the train station. They’re closed.
Everything in one video. Council is part of that.
You can’t bring the drone in if that’s what you
I know. I know. I know.
So, if you if you’ve been assaulted, you want to report a crime, we can do that. All right. That’s no problem. Yeah.
Um then what we need to identate your details that moving forward and obviously then if you’re indicating obviously the j it will investigate that matter. All right we move forward with that regards to damage to bike. I don’t know if there’s any damage to bike or not.
I don’t know if it’s damaged. Forget the bike for now. Just me.
Okay. And then obviously obly we’ll talk to you gentlemen. We’ll gather CCTV footage get your footage what we need for that and we’ll investigate the mass appro.
Okay.
All right.
And that’s how it work. All right.
I wouldn’t have took it further mate. Me and you were talking literally civil. I know the chop. I’ve met him before.
Okay.
I I’ve got no idea who you are.
I’ve been about a few years ago. And he was a great problem.
Well, we’ve been doing a bit more.
I didn’t have a bike, did I?
So, how how do you want to progress to this now?
So, do you want to log a a details now? Yeah.
I’m not in front of these obviously, but yeah.
Okay. So, let’s go. We’ll ask you. You can go inside.
Yeah. Sorry.
You can go inside. Yeah. Thank you.
Literally the tall black guy and the one that started it in there. They picked that up. They put it at head height.
Yeah.
And they pushed me from not just here. Right in there.
All the way out to here. Not only there, but the one has then pushed me down the stairs. And because he’s pushed me, I’ve held on to his jumper.
Is this your
to stop me falling?
Why do I take a picture of that injury? Uh compared
if you want to carry on I can ring I can ring like 101 whatever for you I didn’t see I seen I seen you inside anyway
I don’t want to be giving it in front of people.
No no thank you very thank you guys
I was filming in there. Yeah. Get it on YouTube.
If you guys are willing to put a
just a witness of you saw them pushing
you. I seen the inside. Get it on YouTube. Charlie Beach has been in. He got kicked out.
Yeah, I know. You know what I mean?
I know.
They picked the bike up and they rammed me by by my face out with it.
There’s no need to chop me down the stairs.
No, ch anyway. Thank you. Sorry to drag you in. You’re pretty busy. Yeah, I was literally on the phone to 999 as you walked up the stairs. Yeah, I got called by a member of the public around the corner.
Uh, let’s take a photo of you like me. Just pull your cover. I have no doubt they’re going to probably report me for something or other probably. But when somebody’s got a when they’ve got a bike in your face, what was I supposed to do if I had to have put my arms up?
I would have been on the floor.
I had to I had to stop the bike.
Okay, so there’s a way I can deal with this. Um, a couple of methods. What’s that? Sorry. Oh, a couple of methods.
Couple methods we can deal with this. One, by the justice.
Okay, which means it can be dealt with on street level now and here now today. uh which means expect like an out of court disposal
right so
that’s only if they accept
if obviously if there’s limitance to the offense and it be dealt with here and now straight away justice if you’re happy to do that I can facilitate that process now and get it sorted for you are you happy with that process
I don’t want to be going to court and stuff if it can be dealt with in that way fine
yeah yeah we can I can speak today if they admit to the events then we can get done and sorted and you can be on your way within 10 minutes something like that
I have things happen all my all my time right I never report anything.
Are you happy with that process or
Yeah, that’s fine. That’s fine.
But that it’s unacceptable. I wish I could show. Well, I can show you, but then I’ll have to record on my phone. I don’t want to miss anything. No.
But obviously, are you aiming to put this on YouTube now?
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. At some point, I’ll put it on. It’s not going to go on now. Like, no. What would be present on this video? Sorry. Say that again. What with me on this video as well or not?
Well, when you when you approached I don’t have to put any of this in. No,
it’s personal details, isn’t it? I’m not even here for drama today. I’m filming the city to try and document the changes happening in cities.
The hotels, shops closing down. Just been doing that for half an hour.
What’s your name? Okay, what I’ll do is let me do a sweep justo inside 2 minutes and then uh
I’m going to check cuz when I got when I got thrown down the stairs, I checked if I was recording and it had just been stopped. So I’m going to I’m going to check that it’s got the assault.
Yeah, cuz if it hasn’t Oh, you’ve got CCTV, I presume. But say if you haven’t, then it’s pointless because they’re going to say no
and I’m going to say yes and it’ll be
it happened here on the steps here.
No, it happened in there. in there by the second post.
I mean I mean where you got th did you pull downstairs here?
So the bike was put in my face in there. Yeah.
I was pushed out all the way to here. They put the bike down and then the one guy threw me down there and I pulled him down with me to stop me before start falling.
Then he let go. Then he got in my face and headbutted me.
Right. Okay.
Not hard but head to head. And then his colleague was like, “No, no, no, no.” Pulled him away and dragged him in.
Right. Okay.
So the assault started in there. But
yes, down the steps happened here. Let me just drop this laptop into there and into my car when I just come give it to you. Yeah, no worries, mate.
That’s fine. The video stops as I landed at the bottom.
Okay.
So, it’s got everything that I’m reporting. Yeah.
Other than him getting in my face and head head touching head.
Okay. Okay. So, same process applies. You still me to go get go ahead and get this finalized today?
I I I am, but in reality, I don’t think they’re going to accept it, are they? I mean, you’ll find out, I guess, in a minute.
I talk to them. Do I? I I’ll happily go talk to them and try and resolve it.
Would you me to do that?
See what they say. Yeah. If they’re not going to accept it, then we’ll go from there. Well, he’s going to go in there and see if they can do recording for YouTube. Yeah. Yeah. Who are you then?
Did you see what happened?
Yeah.
They were seen trucking downstairs. Who?
No, but they they literally picked that bike up.
No, I I did. and ran me in the face all the way out to here with it.
Yeah. But didn’t they did they say to you can bring that in here? Cuz I said it won’t be loud without in there.
Yeah, they said that.
But I was having the discussion with them of can I fold it up?
Can I leave it by the by the desk? And then all of a sudden they just picked it up and were like, “Right, we’re moving it out.” They’re launching themselves. My my mate had a deal with him in there. He grabbed it and he pushed one away and then they all jumped him and chucked him outside. All of them. They’re raging in there, right? So, they all stick together. The car’s raging. I’m not being racist, but that’s the way it is.
It’s not about race.
It’s not about race in terms of that
outside here. You came out here. Yeah. Yeah. Well, it happened in I’ve got it all on
But the the amount of times he took people down the stairs. Honestly, you should have a camera out here. Probably is one somewhere, but Yeah. So, what’s your name then?
DJ E Media. Me.
DJ E Media. DJ, I think I’ve seen you on a
You may have done. Yeah. Been to the
in Manchester as well, but I’m from Manchester myself, but
No, I don’t do a lot there. I
was with Charlie the other week.
Pinky Moore. Uh
Billy Moore. Yeah. Yeah. Billy Sound.
Yeah.
He gets all all over the show, don’t they? Billy Moore.
He does. Yeah, he does.
I’ll check you out when DJ
DJ E Media. Yeah, you’ll see it.
I just check where these batteries went. They look they lost my uh
scanner.
It was a scanner. Yeah. Uh, let’s go around here where your bike is. So, I spoke to the gentleman inside. They’ve gave me a vision at the moment now. Uh,
oh, sorry. Sorry. Go on.
Is that off or on?
It’s on. Right. You turn it off while I talk about these events or not.
I don’t have to put it on. It’s about me. It’s personal. So, I wouldn’t
Yeah. So, I’ll turn it away.
Um, I switch to the gentleman. Obviously, they’re denying the offense. Okay. So obviously we investigate it as as we would do anyway. All right. Are you supporting for police prosecution?
At the at this moment I am. Yeah. Okay. So what I’ll do I’ll get I’ll get the crime recorded. Okay.
Are they reporting the crime?
No. I thought they’d try that.
No. Obviously they denied the offenses are switching about the the alleged offense. What you said and obviously with the damage to your leg they’ve denied all the they’ve denied the offense.
The bike hadn’t have been in there and they would have just grabbed me and said get out. I’d have gone floppy, let them do it,
and then report it. Because they picked the bike up,
I kind of had to risk
push back because it’s going to hurt me.
Yeah.
And that created more of a scuffle to get me out because I’m fighting the bike.
Yeah. They should have picked it up and moved and said, “Look, you need to leave.” They didn’t.
Yeah. Obviously, they said they not pushed up. So,
what I’ll do, cuz it’s quite difficult now to review my footage.
At this moment in time, I want to proceed with it. I’ll review my footage when I get home.
Yeah. Yeah. And if I still feel like I do now,
I’ll go ahead.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
I’ll contact you or whoever is in charge. And then you got you got a phone and I’ll give you my mobile number.
No worries. But I appreciate you uh stopping and take taking the
Sure, mate. It’s just like obviously if someone’s reporting a plan, they look into it in respect of who it’s from and what it’s about.
I came here two years ago when I first started a YouTube channel. Yeah.
Never done auditing before. Went in there without the bike. They pushed me out and in fairness, I pushed my look in there. I said, “I’m not leaving. I’m going to walk around and film like people do.” I’ve learned now you can’t be like that as an YouTuber. It looks bad on me.
I walked in very calm with the bike. Guy recognized me. I said, “Look, just want to have a walk around, but the bike’s a problem. What should I do?”
Should I fold it up? I don’t want to leave it by the door. It will go missing.
Yeah.
They just picked it up and without warning. Obviously,
I feel like I’ve learned to be respectful. It’s they’re so difficult when I got property for me been there. It’s not it’s not in there and so but if I lock that up for me
it’s like
you should have been locked up. We should have bought a lock.
If I lock that up. So if you look how it’s built there’s nowhere you can actually lock it where they can’t undo a bolt. It’s quite a bad design.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
So no matter what if someone tries to they’ll get it out and it’s too grand.
Is it? Yeah. And people know they know the brand. They know it’s expensive.
All right. Okay.
So, generally it will just attract thieves, you know.
Okay. What I’ll do, you’ve got my number. I’ll send you a text message at some point. It may not be, it may be today, maybe tomorrow, something like that. I’ll send you a text message with a clown on it. We’ll get that all recorded. Yeah.
And we’ll go from there and I’ll wait for you. If you’re willing to provide a statement in regards to the offense, then we’ll get that record over the phone cuz over the phone, nice and easy. So, probably half an hour, 45 minutes job. And then we’ll investigate and
send you the footage. Yeah.
We’ll get some of the footage. We’ll get CCTV and everything else and we’ll go from there. Sure.
All right. Happy with that.
Um, when they push me out, I’ve lost a cap for there. Without me going in there and aggravating it, could you just ask them if that’s on the floor?
Yeah.
Take care if you want. Should it say
just a little plastic cover? I don’t think it’s down here. I didn’t want to go in and they’re going to kick off again.
Get some tape, but it’s a bit loose.
Yeah, no worries.
All right, let crack on with your day, mate. Any questions? No, it’s fine.
No. Thank you.
Thank you very much.
Take care. No, your thingy is
Yeah. Yeah. The
mud guard’s on the the wheel, isn’t it?
Oh, is it
there? It’s touching the wheel. Is that what it is?
Yeah.
You see it? Your mud guard. You have to
there. The That’s it. That’s it.
Let me Let me Let me go on and see if it
It’s bent there, is it? Oh, yeah. It’s gone now.
Yeah, it was a mud guard.
It was It was broke there anyway. So, it’s probably just that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Catch up.
Yeah. Thanks.
Way off nowhere.
[ __ ] hell. What’s happening there then? How about that?
Uh, he’s they denied it. They were going to do an out of court admitt. He’s obviously denied it.
So, he’s going to text me in
the skinny guy.
Take a statement.
Uh,
he’s called Eugene and all that.
I can’t remember. His colleague come out, the Asian guy with a beard. I’ve met him before and he was being sound. So, talking to him and the the guy that initially kicked off about the bike started to butt in and I said, “Look, I’m not talking to you. It’s irrelevant. I’m talking to this guy. I know this guy.”
And I just saying, “I can fold it up. I don’t really want to leave it outside. I’m going to be 5 or 10 minutes.
And as I was saying that, they just picked it up
and and pushed the bike out. But I’m there. So,
what was I meant to do? I had to I had to fight back
cuz the bike was in the air like you know your arms
and that that came out all the way to there.
It’s not just you. You don’t and then and then that one that you saw,
he tried to push me down the stairs.
The little guy because he was doing I held on to his jumper and took him down with me
and it ripped as as he went down me. It ripped
and then he got in my face and his colleague pulled him off. But I think my camera stopped as he got in my face.
Any of you record anything? No, I ain’t got a phone. I know. I I went in there to fill up the water bottle and obviously girl was there. I think she
Which girl?
That girl that was sat there.
No, she didn’t have a phone. Did she did? She was watching it there. No, she didn’t have Oh, that one was sitting there.
Yeah.
I didn’t I didn’t see her. No, but I went in and when you had your bike and they said, “Oh, take your bike out or I’m going to take your bike out for you.” When I come out the to when I when I just come out the toilet, I heard an almighty like bang and I’m like, “Where the fuck?”
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
My my camera missed the pot. But when when he when he got to the bottom, he then put his head on mine and his colleague pulled him off.
See that? You can’t do that if you’re a security guard. You got to be, you know what I mean?
He said, “Who do you think you are or who do you think you’re doing that to?” And then he got in my face. Yeah. Yeah. But the camera, my camera didn’t pick that up cuz it was
He knows he’s got backup.
Yeah, but they they should wear body cams. See what they do. I think that should be like they should wear security in the shops, don’t they? They have body cams on. There’s a camera over there. There’s that camera there.
No, but I think they they have truck that many people out and I think they should have cameras on the outside.
I came here when I first started my channel and a bold fell was really unprofessional. Not that bad. Oh, you mean you mean mean? I I can’t remember.
White guy in there, the bald guy.
And I’ve seen him on a YouTube video quite recently. So, I thought when I’m next in Derby, I’ll just I’ll just pop him.

And just see what happens.

I can’t remember who’s paying man. Look at that. Little bit tender that is. What? What an idiot. What an absolute idiot in there. So to anybody watching who basically when I got to the bottom of the stairs and he came over and he got he he put his forehead on my forehead. Um I did the same to him. We put each other’s forehead on each other’s forehead. Uh he didn’t do anything. And then his colleague dragged him off going, “No, no, no, no, no. Come on, come on.” Dragging him off cuz his colleague knew. Uh and then I realized the camera was off. So, I popped it back on, walked up the stairs, uh, and that’s when I said, “Is that how you treat a member of the public with a bike or whatever I said?” Wow. Derby Council earning the hate just like last time. This is the state of uh, Derby. We got a street food, community support officer there, business protection ranger I think there or something along the lines of Main Street in Dobby, my friend, how much money is it for just eat? Just just delivery, aren’t they?
Oh, delivery. Ah, but what are they here for? Is there like a
I’m not sure. I think they
Oh, you don’t know. I see these bikes everywhere.
I just wonder if they’re road legal. They must be
if they’re what? Sorry.
If they’re road legal or not? It must be the maximum.
I saw a sign at the back saying 15.5 mph maximum, which would mean they’re as electric bike wise they’re legal. But they look like proper mopeds, but they’re not. I I presume they’re electric, right? Yeah, they are.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. Three, two, one. take photos of the inside of your man. What’s that?
You know, take photos of the building because it’s private property. So,
what do you mean?
Uh, because it’s owned by Sav and not the council. Basically, you need a media license to take photos or not.
A media license?
Yeah, cuz obviously inside it’s like protecting all the shops and everything.
Oh, if I stay out. Hold on. If I could I stay out. You’re not allowed to do it. But unfortunately, mate took a photo of me as well, didn’t you?
Did I?
Yeah, man. I will quickly have seen you do it.
You sure?
Yeah. So, if you can delete that one for me cuz I don’t

Oh, yeah. But I’ve got in it as well. you I think you were in it.
So, you need to delete that bus. Oh, let’s move the way cuz it was showing like the history of Derby. You got the bus.
Yeah, I know what you’re trying to do, but
And then you got a security guard in the background, you know. Looks
good.
Obviously, I don’t want my photo going anywhere because of where I work or not.
Just be like, uh, put it in my face and I’ll let you keep it. But
what happens if I say no?
You’re going to have to delete it and watch me delete you delete it.
Hold on. Let’s have a look there. That one I’ve got got you there as well. Look.
Yeah, exactly. Well, it’s not that’s not a photo. It’s a video. I was going down there.
Yeah, you can’t. I can’t video.
But you’re in it. I can’t.
You need to delete them all.
You’re kidding me, right?
No, I’m not. Unfortunately, mate, if you go to customer service.
Where’s that?
In here, but obviously you have to lock your bike up outside cuz it’s
I can fold it. You’re still not allowed to carry them basically. Um,
no. Usually they’re okay if they’re folded at these kind of places here. They don’t like them. It’s It’s not our rules. It’s just the management’s rules. that
moving forward if I I mean I don’t mind staying out but I am I got to do a few like videos of the different shops customers coming and going
supposed to do it though would that do you want me to get one of the team leaders out to explain the rules and
that sounds serious mate that

I can’t come in though with the bike.
If you lock it up somewhere and you can pop it.
It will go it will go missing.
Oh, will it?
Yeah, it will go missing. Yeah.
I don’t even have the lock on me for that reason.
Say all the managers are busy at the minute. So, are they just leave it to?
Okay, mate. No worries. Then I’ll keep watching you. [Music] We got another unique individual. It’s okay. Don’t worry, guys. Don’t worry. Don’t worry. Don’t worry. Don’t worry.

  1. What a clown you are. What a waste of police time. You was asked to leave you refused so they removed you. Fair play to them. I hope they get a pay rise.

  2. The UK is becoming plagued with all these doctors and engineers, whilst the government does nothing to stop it, our grandparents that fought in the world wars would be turning in their graves, it's needs to stop another 10 years and this country will be unrecognizable, we all need to vote reform 🇬🇧

  3. Playing victim. When they asked you over 5 times to take your bike outside is CRAZY ! You think you can just do what you want while you expect everyone else to abide by yhe rules🙄

  4. Blatantly told a story completely different to the truth, clearly was asked to not have the bike in the building, got aggressive. Embarrassing member of the British public. Unfortunate you think this is a good way to represent this country.

  5. Very interesting insight indeed, highlighting exactly how we are becoming (if not already) a 3rd world country. However the bike incident, honestly I think both sides have some responsibility there. No he's shouldn't have gone hands on like that and certainly shouldn't be pushing you down the stairs. However their policy couldn't have been anymore crystal clear on bikes not being allowed in the building. Fair point that you could've folded it up and left it at the front as you didn't want to risk it being stolen outside because of what it is, but you went about it in such a entitled manner which is obviously want irritated them. Yes they shouldn't have gone hands on, but you persisted in disregarding their policy and keeping your bike inside and ultimately pushed them too far. So overall I think both sides got it a bit wrong on that occasion.

  6. Like what ur doing mate but u don’t have to be a massive twat to the security. He’s trying to do his job. Your bike is not his responsibility it’s yours and if it’s no allowed in the building then it’s not allowed. Not only that but u post him online with his face shaming him for doing nothing but his job. Next time don’t be a such a fucking twat honestly pisses me off. Wonder why there is no case bc ur completely in the wrong.

  7. Such a strange man and pretends to be worried about the details on the letter but then uploads it to YT. Grow up and get some friends 😂

  8. Why does your e bike have a throttle? It is illegal to have a throttle on an e bike in the uk unless it has been type approved.

  9. It's poor form from the auditor on this occasion in my opinion. They explained no bike allowed in, auditor refused to take the bike out cus he didnt want to leave it alone, which is fine, but you don't have the right to keep your bike in the premises just because you are scared of theft, in that case don't bring the bike. I also think they provided ample warning before attempting to remove the bike themselves from their premises which they have a right to do when the auditor is refusing to remove it themsleves, at which point the auditor grabs the bike and initiated a physical confrontation with a member of staff doing his job in removing something from the property that's not allowed to be in there

  10. What I find strange is the hotels haven’t got women and children just grown men?
Why can’t they stay in their countries and fight for it?
It’s like the uk government want our kids to get raped, groomed etc
