The seller is asking $1,100 CAD for a 2017 Giant Contend SL with a Tiagra 10-speed groupset. Is it worth the price?
I currently own a 2014 Argon 18 Krypton with first-generation Ultegra Di2 FD/RD (10-speed), and the rest of the components are Shimano 105. It’s a full carbon frame but has rim brakes.
The main reason I’m considering an upgrade is to get disc brakes and a more comfortable ride, as the Krypton can only fit tires up to 25mm.
If I decide to keep it, what are some budget-friendly rim brake wheelsets you’d recommend to improve comfort?
