Man is wild out here. I can’t handle anything above 75F or like 15C. I actually start heat stroking and I’ve nearly passed out just biking above 85 or like 25C

  2. My excuse is that it’s too hot. But I’m happy you’re happy with your ride today!

  3. It was cool and cloudy this morning. I had some cracks to clean and seal on my front porch and the weather was perfect for it.

Plus my Garmin told me I had earned a rest day.

By the time I got home and settled with groceries, a severe storm and tornado came through the area lol

32c and 80% humidity 9 uv index. Honestly it’s just the humidity and uv index that gets to me.

  6. I’ve had heat stroke before, and I’m not interested in putting myself in a situation where it could happen again.

Don’t worry, though. You’re better than the rest of us. No one can take that away from you.

I crashed in a race last night so I just did an easy run and called it good today.

Spent the day doing the last preppwork for a new paint job tomorrow. Bike’s been disassembled and stripped to bare metal since the day before yesterday

I drive an hour each way to work and back in the most combative traffic I’ve ever faced. When I get home I just want to eat and sleep.

I’m a Texas boy and that would be a good reason for the indoor trainer

  11. I was gonna say “heat”, as it was about 33C when I went to head out, plus Houston humidity. But you’re way hotter!

No access to my bike right now. But also, I live in an area where 35°C can mean 45°C when you account for the 70%+ of humidity so heat is a huge factor.
