Hello you guys. Welcome to the Italy vlog. I’m so excited to be here. If you guys just came from my Paris vlog, I am literally in the exact same place as I was 2 seconds ago. But I want to show you how beautiful our room is. We just arrived to Santa Margarita Lur. I think that’s how you say it today. And this view is unreal. And I’m about to go up to the pool to meet my mom and my sister and just go read and hang out. And I’m so excited. Literally, are you kidding? It is so stunning here. And all of this is our own little private balcony. This is our room. I realized in Paris I didn’t really show you guys the room, but this one is actually very big. Like, we have quite a bit of space cuz there’s three of us obviously. And in here, the bathroom is huge, especially for Europe. I feel like I don’t know, maybe it’s different in like the smaller towns cuz this is not a big city, but it is so perfect here. I just can’t get over the sailboats and how beautiful everything is. We’re here for three nights. And also, we had a travel planner plan the Italy portion of our trip um that was recommended to us by my mom’s friends. And so, most everything we’re doing um are recommendations from them. It’s Italy with Bella. We didn’t work together. This isn’t sponsored, but they really do such a great job. They like plan your drivers for you. They make reservations for you, etc., etc. Um, and it’s very helpful cuz I wouldn’t have even known where to start planning a trip to somewhere like this cuz I’ve never been. So, um I’ve been using a Samsung for a month and the filter it gives you when you look at it is very it gives it gives you like face dysmorphia or like tan dysmorphia cuz it makes you really pale and not cute. It’s really not flattering. So when I see myself on like cameras or iPhones, I’m like, “Wow, I don’t remember what I look like anymore, you know?” Um, but ice cream over here, when you see it in like

Um, when you see Jelada like all stacked up and pretty like you see pictures of that or whatever, it’s not good cuz it just sits there all day and it’s just there to be a tourist trap. But when you find the places that are like these like silver canisters that are like you dip you like scoop out of and you like kind of they’ll like take it out and go like this and like wrap it on your cone, then that’s a good time. It’s kind of like if you can’t if you can’t see it, it’s good. Mhm.

if it’s like if you’re getting like tra which is like strawberry, if it’s not like the same color as a strawberry, then it’s not like this was pistachio and caramel and it’s hardly green at all. So just a little tip.

once again, the city or the church, what’s it called? The
Sovior. So, we’re at a church over here. We’re going to go explore. I want to show you guys this view and what we just biked all the way up. So So there’s the ocean right there and where the little town that we’re in is or that we were in at the beach is like behind this big bush right here. So [Music] okay. So this chapel was built 700 years ago, but there was one here before. No, no. Um but these this is 100 or this is like 1300 years old. this old church and they have the original perimeter of the church like built around in glass so you can like see down there. And the reason why this church was built was because they somebody found this statue of Mary holding Jesus
1300 years ago.
1300 years ago in the woods and it’s like an extremely ornate statue like so crazy. But they call this like the miracle that happened here. So that’s why they made a sanctuary.

We got home last night at like 1000 p.m. and then went immediately off the train home as in we got to the train station and then immediately went to go eat sushi. Lydia was really wanting that. So, we went to the sushi restaurant near our hotel. And now we’re getting ready for our boat day. This is my little outfit. My mom’s got her cute little cover up on over there. hair. We got that for her for Christmas. And I’m about to do everyone’s hair. So, hair video incoming. [Applause] [Music] Okay, we’re going to go scuba diving. Apparently, there’s a statue. Oh, snorkeling. Snorkeling. Not scuba diving. Snorkeling. There’s a statue under there under the water. And you can see fish.
My glasses out. I get motion sick. So, I’m sitting, but um cuz I don’t feel good. But they’re out there doing Oh, boy. Hey. Yes. Queens. This is a San Francisco village and in the past is a small village of fishermen fisherman.
Today only touristic but who is San [Music] We had lunch in Portoino and went into Louis Vuitton and saw the most beautiful bag that is a one of a kind. It’s painted with a little Portoino stamp on it. So cute. It’s really cute. I’ll show you guys a picture. I didn’t want to film in there cuz I didn’t know if that was allowed. But this town is so cute. There’s so many bougie stores here. Hello you guys. We are all dressed and ready for dinner. I’ll show you. There’s Lydia’s outfit over there. Can’t really see it very good. You guys will see plenty of pictures of our outfits later on, but we’re going to a nicer dinner tonight at this fancy hotel this afternoon after we had lunch in Portoino. Mom and Lydia took a nap and I talked with all of our friends at the pool for like 2 hours. We’ve met so many nice people on this trip. It’s been like one of the most fun parts. Like the temperature dropped. It’s about 8:45, which is crazy. It looks like it’s like 6:00 p.m., but it’s so beautiful. Like, it is just so freaking pretty here. I cannot get over it. Good morning. It’s our last morning here and I’m about to go eat breakfast. So, I want to show you guys the beautiful breakfast that they have here. Everything is locally sourced like the milk, the yogurt, the cheese, the meat, the eggs, the jams, everything. And it’s so so good. Fresh juice. All this fresh shakurerie and cheese. Fresh jams from the local farms. Fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. All this delicious granola. This um sheep’s milk yogurt that my mom is obsessed with. Fruit. Yummy milk. And then all of these gorgeous pastries and everything. These are apricot filled croissants. And those have been my favorites. They’re so good. I got some Oh my gosh, I can’t really speak this morning. I got some granola with yogurt or with milk and some fruit and a little croissant. And then also a little apricot croissant, some local apple juice, and then I also got some eggs. This bacon is the best bacon I’ve ever had in my life. It’s so good. Okay, you guys, I haven’t been vlogging today during our travel day because it’s been too stressful. Um, but we just landed at JFK. My mom’s getting her bag. She checked one of them. I fully did my hair and makeup on the plane because we were delayed by an hour and I put on an outfit because I think I told you guys that Jen and I are going to go see Death becomes her tonight. So, that’s what I’m doing during my like night like overnight layover. Um, Jenna’s flight got delayed, too. So, she is just getting to the hotel now. We basically should be on our way to the theater as we speak cuz we’re at JFK. So, fingers crossed. I’ll keep you guys posted on if we make it. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but we’ll see. Okay, guys. For the first time, my mom has requested not to be in this this vlog clip. Her I don’t know if I said this, her flight to Atlanta got cancelled. So, she is actually staying with us tonight at the hotel. Thank goodness that we have a hotel because the weather in Atlanta is really bad. So, I think a lot of flights have been getting cancelled. Apparently, the hotels are all slammed because we we tried to switch our room from a king to two queens and they were like totally booked. Um it is currently 7:23 and we’re getting to the hotel in the next 2 minutes. Um, so yeah, that’s the update. The show starts today. Okay, Jenna’s back in the vlog.

Yeah. So, not looking like we’ll make it there on time, but pretty close. And we’re just hoping to be able to let like get let in with the first round of people who get let in who are late, if that makes sense. or miraculously they start the show late and we get let in. One or the other.
We’re just fingers crossed.
Yeah. Honestly, we were saying that it’s a miracle that both of our flights got here cuz I was sitting on the plane and it was originally supposed to land 2 hours late. It only ended up landing an hour late. But like they were saying basically what happened is the flight took so long to board because in Milan we like it was an international flight which this mine
they had everyone get on buses and get bust to the plane to this huge ass plane and we had to all carry our [Â __Â ] up a like the stairs.
It was really weird. I was like why do they not have a jet bridge? Everyone saw a bunch of stuff. Like it was really weird. Anyway, so basically the pilot was saying that like when you get onto like the the up in the air, it’s kind of like entering a ramp on a highway because they have specific routes that they take. So they had to wait until they could go and at first it was going to be a while, but I guess maybe something got cancelled or something got something shifted and so then he was able to like take off a little bit earlier. So honestly, it’s just like a miracle. So yeah. And for me, for some reason, my flight, the path, like we couldn’t go straight from Nashville to New York, and so we went south to come back up. So, my flight ended up being 3 hours and 50 minutes.

So, basically 4 hours. That’s crazy. It usually takes 2.

that sucks.
And there is no Wi-Fi, which is why I wasn’t texting you. And I was literally freaking out. I’m sitting there asking the flight attendant every 5 minutes like, “Is the Wi-Fi working yet?” Because obviously Mayor didn’t know that I was now getting in an hour and a half later than I was.
All I saw All I saw was like, “I think I’m gonna be late.” And I was like, “Well, shit.”
Cuz I sent that as we were taking off and I realized there was no

And the captain saying, “So, we got a different flight path.” And I’m like, “Thank you.” I also definitely have mascara like cuz I was doing it on the plane.
No, same. Thank god my mom was sitting next to me. Me literally like doing full glam on a plane. But I’m next to a stranger.

I’ve done that before.
But at least I was in first class, so we had like a lot of room in between. And I was just like, “Pardon me.” Also, me filming on a plane when I’m like
next to strangers is funny. Okay, current ETA is 8:18. Let’s hope we can get through this. There’s really not too much traffic, which is nice. We got out of we got out of the Uber because it’s going to be a 15minute ride but only a six minutee walk. So we’re picking up a little jog but it ain’t got nothing on us cuz we do half marathons together.

Yes. [Music] Okay. Couple of updates. We made it to the show. We were literally walking in as the curtain was coming up. It was so good. So fun. I’m so tired though. It’s like 4:30 or 5 my time, like Paris Milan time. And then we went to Shake Shack right afterwards, which I tried to film a clip of. And there was a group, we think it was like some sort of school trip. The little girl or they were like twins. They were probably like 13, 14.
A little girl next to Jenna said she was from Uruguay. I I’m really bad at geography, but we think that’s in South America. Um,
we probably should have looked that up.
Yeah, probably should have looked that up. They were They were very nice, but very rowdy and like not the one who was talking Jenna. She was actually very sweet, but like they were like really rowdy cuz I mean it’s just like a big group of school age girls.

It was a huge group. And they were barking at people like they were opening up the door to Shake Shack and barking at people.
We were like, “What are you guys doing?” And
to the point that the manager So at first mirror thought he was going to control them, but then he ended up barking at them from the other side of the door, but I think he was trying to get them to back up.
Yeah. Well, he had to like get like from he went outside of Shake Shack around and opened up the door and asked the girls to like move over so that people could like exit the restaurant from that direction. It was crazy. They were like bumping chairs into everything and like it was like a total ruckus.
Out of control.
Um we when we were in middle school, our teachers would take us on big field trips, but I I will say I don’t think it was ever that chaotic. Yeah, I really don’t think it was,
but it was very overwhelming and very
also would bring us to places where I think they were forcing us to be mindful. So like if we went to a restaurant,
we were like at a table with a reservation seated like it was kind of like chaos in there,
but I hope they’re having fun. They seem like it. I don’t like the barking. That was really strange. But very strange. Although I am I don’t know how Mar’s not. But I’m feel like I’m so tired that I everything’s just kind of like up here going over my head. So I realized it was happening. But if I had been in a different mood, I think I would have been actually pissed.

I But I’m so tired. Like I was like I was struggling a little bit the second act to keep my eyes open
cuz it was less like bam too. So, it was just like

My flight, my direct flight at 7 a.m. this morning to LA got cancelled after I had already come to the airport. So, I got rebooked. Um, thank goodness my friend Jenna was here, too. You guys saw her obviously, but she she has like gold status or something on Delta, so she was able to chat with an agent and get them to rebook me to San Francisco. So, I’m going to go spend the night at Arthur’s cuz he’s in San Francisco right now. I wasn’t originally going to see him until I go to Nashville on Wednesday. Um, but he’s not getting there until the 4th. So, I wouldn’t see him until Friday. Anyways, I’m going to San Francisco and then I’m going to LA in the morning, like 8:30. So, all that ends well, I’m just going to park myself here, do some work, watch House of Dragon, and just chill. Maybe go get a massage later. I don’t know. I have like 7 hours in this airport. But I love you guys so much. I can’t believe how quickly this whole trip flew by. Me and my mom were texting about that this morning. We just had the best time. like saw so many cool things, did so many fun things, had so many like incredible once in a-lifetime experiences, and I’m so grateful that I brought you guys along and that you guys could be a part of the whole journey with me.
