This is my first new bike in probably a decade, but I’ve put over 200 miles in the 3-4 weeks that I’ve had it. Some questions though:
* Sometimes the chain skips, usually just even under heavy load. Should I just ignore this? Should this happen on a new, high-end bike?
* Twice I’ve shifted too low and the chain has gone off the biggest cog on my rear derailleur. I’m surprised the eTap wasn’t fully set up at the factory. Does anyone have a better guide than this to adjust the limits? * Finally – Spain (where I’m living at the moment) requires bikes to be bagged to take on the intercity trains. Does anyone have a recommendation for a bag that could pack up? I’m hoping to take the train somewhere and bike back home or vise versa.

Regarding chain skip, I had similar issues on my DT Swiss 1800’s that came on my grizl 7. I took the freehub off to examine the pawls which seemed fine.
I think what fixed it is ensuring the rear wheel thru axle was tight. A buddy told me the freehub can slip if there’s not enough pressure applied to the freehub via the thru axle.
