When i was trying to change pads a circle metal fell of it and fluid came out of it. I think it lost its hydraulic pressure. What can i do about it. How can i fix it?

Sounds like you popped the piston out of the caliper.
You could just put the piston back in the caliper, but honestly you should just stop now and take it to the bike shop
„180 Rotor only“ and 160 on the rotor … that was the first thing I saw in that picture 😂
