See photo. When folded, brake cable touches the front wheel. Not a problem until I start to roll it. Because front wheel touches the ground (I don’t have a rear rack), it spins and rubs the cable. That will soon damage the rubber sleeve.
Is this normal? I double checked cable routing and can’t seem to route it any other way.

Absolutely normal nothing to worry about. The front wheel doesn’t rotate when you’re rolling it anyway as the pedal is pushed up against it.
