Does anyone know anything about the unbranded tires that were on my wife's clearance FX 2 purchased a few months ago? They have no branding/marking that I can discern. There is a marking after the pressure range imprint that says "I 356"
The web site says that the bike should normally come with Bontrager Comp H2s (the same tire that was on my FX 3 purchased on the same day). I've converted my FX 3 to tubeless Michelin Power Adventure tires and was considering rotating the old FX 3 (Bontrager Comp H2) tires to my wife's FX 3.
My hesitation comes from the fact that everyone seems to hate the Comp H2 tires and it leads me to wonder if these no name tires already installed (700×32) are at least as good as the Comp H2s (700×35).
Naturally it would be fine to just "test them and see which one she prefers", but she is out of town currently and I'm preparing bikes for a holiday weekend ride along our local (mostly paved) trails.
