  1. If you’re set on going the training wheel route, you need a socket wrench set. Better tho, for her to learn to balance, would be to ditch the training wheels. Simply take the pedals off the bike and let her use it as a “strider”. Her legs will be the training wheels and she will learn to balance intuitively as she propels herself. Once she’s confidently gliding with feet off the ground, put the pedals back on and VOILA! She’s off to the races.
