  1. Personally as they done an amateur job at that, I would ask them to fix it as should be free as they didn’t do well first time but if say weeks later then break bead and use soapy water to then help bead seat when pump up, it’s very rare a tyre sit like this without getting better

    Deflate it, push it in. Take a sponge soaked in water and wash the beads and side of the tyre gently. When done, you inflate the tyre until it has seated itself. It will say loud pop and creaking sounds. The soap will lessen friction in this process. Good luck

    Inflate the tire more (check the max pressure rating of the tire first). It should pop out.

    If not, deflate all the way and try pushing the bead back in. Maybe use some soapy water to lubricate it and inflate again.
