It’s an aluminium Giant Defy circa 2010 (not sure on exact year, but it’s old).
It’s worth is closer to $30 than $300.
Giant’s bike naming convention carries over for many, many years. People try to price their bikes inappropriately high because they see a Giant TCR selling for a few $1000, and then think their 25yo Giant TCR should also sell for a lot.
If you’re looking to buy a bike that old, presume you’re going to have to replace the entire drivetrain, brake/shifter cables, brake pads, tyres and wheels. Be prepared to also need to replace the headset and bottom bracket. I.e., don’t buy a bike like this unless it’s dirt cheap and you’re looking for a fixer upper to work on.
