Bought this Via Nirone 7 (Claris?) for $500. Not sure why the front wheel is different but I would like to have matching wheels with black spokes in the future. How should I do that?

It’s a bike, so yes. It’s a good buy.
If you would like different wheels, you can buy some from a bike shop.
If that is a 2017, then it should be Velomann ABR-1.
Your best bet would be to take it to a local bike shop and asking them. If the groupset is Claris, then you’re on an 8speed drivetrain. They should be able to point you to a good wheelset.
Or you could do what I did with my 2018 Via Nirone 7…I had wanted a 105 version but everyone was out. So I just used ebay and amazon to piece together a Shimano 105 R7000 groupset with Shimano WH RS100 wheelset.
