I am planning a multi-week bike tour in NW Europe, starting in Copenhagen (arriving via a flight from the US) and ending in Paris. I plan to start from the outskirts of Copenhagen, in Køge, and end in the outskirts of Paris, in Chateau-Thierry, and take local trains to get to and from the city centers. After a few days in Paris, I will take the train to Berlin with my bike for a few days, and then fly back to the US
I plan to stop overnight in the following locations (couch surfing and hostels): Rødby, Lübeck, Hamburg (2 nights), Bremen, Hamburg, Groningen, Zwolle, Amsterdam (4 nights), Rotterdam, Brussels (2 nights), Givet, and Reims, for an average daily mileage of 70 miles/112 km. I am in reasonably good shape and have cycled 80 miles regularly with no issues, so don't anticipate too much of an issue given the rest days. I will be using a Trek Domane AL endurance road bike with 35mm tires and approximately 32L of baggage capacity.
Here is my tentative route: https://www.komoot.com/tour/2373841059?ref=aso&share_token=aUZ1DnKgjJTexyV2JDycdCwkldc2r6S5F6BRbxMQXCGU2u1Gd7
Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the route, or my trip in general? This will be my first time doing a multi-day trip.

I assume there is a reason you don’t just put Berlin on the initial route and fly home from Paris?
Otherwise do Copenhagen-Berlin via the official bike route, then skip over to Hamburg by train … much less hassle and better train connection.
There is a network of European bike routes (R1 etc.) and most of them have very good documentation. Just connecting points via komoot will likely not give a very nice route.
The planned daily distances seem reasonable for someone trained and should leave enough time to do sightseeing along the route too. You’ve got city stops planned anyway, so that should be fine.
