Have you tried the flop test?

I imagine this style of bike is going to be further refined in years to come and where it could go is very interesting the next Frontier of the Enduro bike isn’t then the Grim donut but something that is actually steeper at the front with a higher stack value to understand why this new style of bike might be coming to the FL I’m going to set some homework what I want you to do is to put your hand on your top tube and zigzag about doing long carving turns like you’re trying to avoid a duy on a cold Winter’s Night now what you’re feeling is actually more pronounced than you probably think it would be and that’s the height of the top tube changing because of something called wheel flop

  1. Bike industry: Sheeeeet. Everyone is riding Mullets and they're all long, low and slack. Maybe we can convince everyone that higher, shorter and steeper is the future? Yeah, that's it! High five!

Bike journos: Here we go again…We'll all be out of a job if we don't peddle this BS to the interweb.

Bike riders: Where do I get double denim riding gear?

  2. I went from 60 degree headtube angle – with very uneven steering – to 63.5 that is really like 64 degrees, according to my own measurements, and feels more boring and less agressive, but stable and predictable. The stack value must be pretty high with a headtube length of 140mm and 190mm front fork. Pole Voima is so ahead of its time.

  3. This guy’s voice sounds like the legendary David Attenborough in my head . Maybe you should think about doing a voice over for BBC Aminal Documentary series . I bet you’ll be great at it . But nice bike though

  4. I hope the industry moves to bikes with more adjustable geometry and customizable components that you can upgrade every so often. I know it’s like this in some ways already. But I think the new model every year or two with subtle tweaks that promise radically better x y or z is just so stale at this point. Unfortunately there’s less money in it for manufacturers so this probably won’t happen

  5. You mean like bikes used to be😂😂😂 i’m gonna stick with my old ETSX 70 cause the geometry just keeps coming back and it works so well for me, super light, agile, inexpensive and very comfortable

  6. Can’t take it anymore. Low ,slack, high ,long. Guess it will never end with the bike industry. Let’s start focusing on better drive train components and leave the geometry alone.

    p.S the denim is weird..
