Hi I recently did a flatbar gravel build. I didn’t realize SLX brake calipers were post mount and I needed flat mount so they installed an adapter to make it work. My question is do they make Slx flat mount calipers so u don’t need the adapter? When I google flat mount Slx calipers a bunch of results come up but when I ask people in person I’m hearing flat mount Slx doesn’t exist. Im curious if there’s anyway I could make this look more clean somehow

You can just get a road / gravel flat mount caliper, no need to match series to the lever
Yes there are.

They exist because my stupid ass Canyon Lux Trail spec’d them in an effort to save half a gram of weight. Not widely used by any stretch though.
Get a pair of Ultegra/105 calipers or grx calipers (just get the cheapest pair of any of those and you will be fine). And yes there are slx flat mount calipers but those are basically the same as grx calipers (just i little bit more expensive because of the logo i assume)
Side note, it looks like you’ll still need an adaptor to run that size of rotor.
