You need a crank pulling tool. They are about 20$
Need is correct word. It’s a press fit square taper. Maybe you could get it off banging on the back of it and obliterate everything, or some pry method, but don’t
Maybe a 2 jaw puller tool if you have it?
Put the nuts back on loosely and ride it till they come loose.
