You have a straight seat post, so I would think you should be able to find one that fits

Looks like you aren’t using a frong deraileur, this could be a prime spot to route a cable going to the dropper post

It will be important that you make sure you can mount the lever to the bars at a comfortable spot. A 22.5 mm clamp won’t be able to fit on the top of the bars for example and it will have to go near the hoods.

Looks like it is worth it to give it a go 😉

Edit: it also looks like there are some models available with a lever under the saddle, no cables needed. I don’t have any experience with this type however

  3. It appears you have an open cable routing port, so I think you should be able to do so. Do you know what size the seatpost is?

Alternatively, I have a dropper on my single speed that doesn’t even use a cable at all and is adjuster by a lever under the nose of the seat, and I absolutely love it. If they make one and the same size seatpost diameter as your bike, it’ll be a no frills minimalist option for your needs. KS is the manufacturer.

As another user said, just route it through the unused front mech port.

Several manufacturers make drop-bar specific dropper post levers. I have [this one](https://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/products/remote-drop-bar?srsltid=AfmBOooGGd8K9AtmSgqLLcgiqdW-hbEVe5fHsHkBpKVrHkG9n_vsyXTf) from Wolf Tooth and I’m very happy with it.

Alternatively since you’re running 1x, both Shimano and Sram make brifters that control the dropper. My dad runs one of those on his gravel bike and seems to like it.
