I’m really confused by what’s going on with the green bike being towed here.
It looks like _maybe_ the pair of wheels in the back come off, along with their axle and the two vertical bars, to attach to the arced bar that the seat post is attached to, so that this would be something like a tricycle. But if that’s the case, then… pedaling seems to drive the front wheels, and it isn’t obvious how steering this thing would work?
Has anyone seen a bike like this before? Is this a mass-produced bike, or a one-off custom design?

Looks like a bog standard bike towing an odd trailer.

It’s a stationary bike that is a pedal powered smoothie blender. The “trailer wheels” are only on it during transport.
